I just installed this app for my store which is pre-launch. So I cannot testify to it's usability and functionality at this time. However, for a free app it seems quite impressive. Tons of features at no cost and friendly customer service. I'll revisit this review after I've spent some time using it while my store is open.

Easy to use, easy to translate. Chat with support is effortless, quick and to the point. Almost hard to believe that this is a free app.

only tried the app for a small amount of time but the customer service from paul is nothing lower then excellent.

I have had issues with this app since it was set up. Now the reviews are not uploading on my website. The issues was escalated and was supposedly fixed, but after reviewing my website I have still having the same issue. I tried chatting with support over 4 hours ago but still no reply

I recently added the Rivo pop up app to my Shopify store and it has been a game changer. The app is easy to set up and customize, and the pop ups have helped increase my conversions. I highly recommend this app to any e-commerce store looking to boost sales.
