Easy to use and all of the help was quick. I talked to a real person and they helped me with any questions. Everything is included without paying additional costs. This was great for a new business

I had the pleasure of having help from sam. not only did he help me with my issue, he helped me elevate my shop website in ways that where not even related to the tydal app. now thats what i call above and beyond. people like sam are the reason i will choose to use apps like tydal

It's too early to tell how I feel about the app. But the first impressions are good. Customer support was very helpful. Follow up, after having the app for a few months I have to change this from a 5 star to a 1 star. The app was set up on my end but it would never send out any review requests to my customers. I reached out to customer support and they told me that they would escalate the issue in order to get it resolved. Well that never happened. I even sent a follow up request to see about any updates regarding the issue after waiting for a few days. I never got any response back and it has been a week since my last follow up message. I won't be using this again.
