When I first saw the app, I liked it a lot. I took the time to fully set it up, but when it came to importing the reviews I had, the problems started. Out of 23 reviews, only 3 or 4 would upload. I followed all the steps, checked the emails, the product codes, etc., but the issue persisted. My last option was to contact the online support team, but my experience wasn’t the best. They took too long to respond, and at one point, they just stopped replying. Later, someone else wrote to me, supposedly taking over from their colleague. Guys, the minimum you should do is let customers know if another person will be handling the case or if the wait time will be longer. Not everyone has time to spare, and many of us use our sleeping hours to work.

Just installed this app. seemed very easy. went onto chat and Jamie was extremely helpful and helped get the app up and running. we are currently using another app but it is starting to cost too much, so this one being free is wonderful. Great to see someone supporting and helping us small business's.

I can't recommend Jamie and her customer service highly enough! I was having a few issues with the Shopify review app, specifically with removing the default branding, adding some extra features, and troubleshooting a problem I was having uploading reviews. Jamie was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She patiently guided me through each step, clearly explaining the solutions and ensuring everything was working perfectly. Thanks to Jamie, my review app is now exactly how I need it, and my reviews are finally live! If you're looking for top-notch support for this review app, Jamie is the person to go to!
