Route Package Protection effortlessly resolves your order issues regarding lost, damaged, or stolen items at a very affordable price with just a few clicks through their claim portal. Zero hassle, instant solutions. Apart from that, you can track your order right to your doorstep. The staffs are very helpful and always find ways to help you resolve some concerns. The refund is just only for the item cost, not including any shipping costs. They cannot change the shipping addresses of the replacement orders if in case customers have an updated shipping address. So you need to contact the merchant to update it before the replacement order takes place. However, it gives us peace of mind especially if their orders are lost in the way, damaged while in transit, or even those were stolen or orders that are marked delivered but package are not received by the customers. Instead of us reaching out to our shipping partners to look for the orders and where are they or the whereabouts of the packages, Route is there to help us resolve the shipping issue instantly.

There have been more customers buy this than I expected. Seems like customers (and us) see a lot of value in the insurance since it is so cheap to get. Excited to keep using this for our business!

When we first got this app right before the holiday rush, it was PERFECT! Every claim was handled super quick and easily. The pandemic and direct shipping problems with that definitely slowed them down, though I suspect also fast growth because of increased online sales was part of the problem. We sell mostly lower dollar items, so haven't had a problem getting them replaced or refunded. I think that there is room for this to be 5 stars again in the future as they catch up and hire more people so that the communication can be better. Overall we have had a great experience, but the slow down in response time has been tricky to navigate.

I love Route! I've been using the app for about six months and it's already protected dozens of my customers. They are easy to work with, super responsive and all around great guys and gals. I would highly recommend using it!

Remove the need to worry about customers claims of undelivered, damagaed, or stolen packages. Route insurance has helped our customer service team have resources to handle the times in which a customer honestly or distinctly claims issues with their shipping service. At a no-cost for the business, the customer pays a nominal cost to have shipping service included and the integration at checkout ensures that over 70% of our customers choose to pay for this shipping insurance. I highly recommend this service for any business that has customer complaints related to damaged, stolen or undelivered packages.

App is pretty good idea offering shipping insurance for customers. Team is ok to sub par at responding in timely manner. Wish it had more settings like add insurance to suspect customers in post or require insurance for international customers. Hopefully they will improve.

Pretty great for what it does. We haven't had any issues with it really and our customers really seem to like it. We've only seem one or two actual claims come through but both were handled quickly and the customers were happy!

I do love this app. I have found so much help and simplicity in navigating my customers to help with their shipping needs. I do wish it was easier for them to contact Route at times, but I understand things are moving slower during this pandemic. I have been happy with this application and will continue to offer it to my customers.

This app came in very handy when dealing with missing packages! Prior, we were constantly back and forth with the post office and the Route claims process made it very simple to come to a resolution. Super seamless platform.

Satisfied after 6 months. We've kept a sharp eye on claims, turn around time, and customer satisfaction using route. We've filed ~ 12 claims in the past 6 months and have not had any customer complaints. Turn around time is OK ~ 2 business days. Recommended based on our current experience.

We have been using Route for a few months now and have found it very useful. Almost no hassle on our end, and solves some headaches when packages go missing/are broken. In most cases the claims are approved without ever needing any action from our end other than referring the customer to the claims link.
