The application is good, it remains simple to configure overall, a small downside for me: it is not in French and I lost time translating and understanding certain steps or settings. The only setup I couldn't do, the support did it very quickly in the morning. The support team is friendly, quick and efficient. So this app is good for managing your customer reviews.

It works. As a online seller, the review means a lot. If you have any question, you could ask the help team, they helped me a lot, very quick reply.

Fantastic customer support. I have contacted them on a number of occasions to help with issues on my end and they were extremely knowledgeable and solved on the spot. I would highly recommend this app for your store reviews.

After tryin out many other reviews apps, this is by far the best one. The CSV import was simple and I love the featured reviews function. I'm always helped super quickly if I have a question. Selina in particular is super helpful! Thanks for providing an app that works for me, I almost lost hope of importing my Etsy Reviews!
