Powerful plugin with very helpful support! This app does exactly what it promises, and the features are robust. On top of that, their support team is quick to respond and very patient in solving any issues. Highly recommended!

J'ai essayé plusieurs appli shopify liée aux commentaires. Ryviu est de loin la meilleure d'entre elle. Intuitive, très facile d'utilisation et de mise en place des paramètres. Mention spéciale à Mai qui à su répondre à mes besoins de manière rapide et efficace (comme tout le reste de l'équipe). Je recommande !

Dan was incredibly helpful in setting up the Ryviu app on my Shopify store. I had a few issues with the configuration and couldn’t get some settings to work properly. Dan patiently guided me through every step, explained things clearly, and made sure the app was fully optimized for my store. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness - amazing support as always!

So far this has been the only review app I've enjoyed. I look forward to using it more and hopefully upgrading my plan for the full experience soon.

It might be due to our theme but I struggled to get the Rich Text from the reviews to work. In addition the lack of existing language translation to Swedish and the missing feature of sending emails to customers with orders before the email automation was configured will probably lead to finding another app that fulfill our requirements. Otherwise it seem like a good app.

We can request access and assist with setup. Our app currently does not support sending emails to customers with past orders before app installation or email automation setup due to resource constraints.
