Very horrible app, You feel helpless like you were robbed! You can not cancel the subscription on the app and I am still being charged!
Hi Mark, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Allow me to clarify the situation: Your subscription was indeed canceled on April 19th. However, as your billing cycle started on April 13th, the bill for that cycle was generated at that time. Since our system operates on pre-paid billing, your account remains on the paid plan until the end of the cycle on May 13th. By the way, we have already processed a full refund for your account. We understand how frustrating this could be, and we're continuously working to make subscription management more transparent and user-friendly. However, if you would like, please let us know so we can update your plan to Free immediately and process a refund for you. Best regards, The Ryviu Team.

Awesome support by Selina. The only app that does'nt have email request limit and works with ecomus. 100% recomended!

Support is top-tier. The only feature the app is missing is being able to integrate with Klaviyo to send the review requests, or some kind of direct link to review a product.

I was able to set up Ryviu quite easily to get started and then import reviews from Etsy, although it took a bit of time. The team are very quick to respond and they're always helpful if you run into problems. Thanks!
