Dan was incredibly helpful in setting up the Ryviu app on my Shopify store. I had a few issues with the configuration and couldn’t get some settings to work properly. It might be due to our theme but I struggled to get the Rich Text from the reviews to work. In addition the lack of existing language translation to Swedish and the missing feature of sending emails to customers with orders before the email automation was configured will probably lead to finding another app that fulfill our requirements. Otherwise it seem like a good app.

The App is very helpful, easy and the support is great. You receive help in seconds in case you need it. Very recommended! We have been working with the app for a long time. When we need support, we always receive it quickly and clearly. Thank you!
