I have been using this app for a long time now - everything is great! Recently updated the Shopify theme and needed support to solve a small problem with the page display. Chloe from support completely helped to solve this issue and I was absolutely satisfied with the support. Thank you!

Used this app for over a year. Worked great initially. The email automation to send review requests now breaks all the time and you won't notice until you wonder why you aren't getting any new reviews and go check to see hundreds of scheduled emails that never send. Support is not helpful in the slightest with the issue. Looking for a new review app do not waste your time.

However, to ensure compliance and avoid potential issues, we do not send review request emails for orders where the email is not verified. This app is riddled with bugs. Every time I reach out to customer service, their default response is "you're wrong," regardless of the issue.

The masonry style review widget is perfect for my website. Amazon review import was a gamechanger. Dan and Elle were great. Promptly attended to all my queries. Highly Recommended.
