Selina was incredibly helpful and patient. I reached out because I couldn’t figure out why my reviews weren’t importing, and she checked everything right away. I have been setting up my store for the past year and have tried other Review Apps during the process. Each time I try an alternative to Ryviu, I regret the move and come back to Ryviu. It is for me the review App that provides me with comparable reviews to other well known large brand shopping websites both in quality and numbers. Customer support replies promptly and made changes as I needed within a reasonable time. Great App, Great support!

Dan was incredibly helpful in setting up the Ryviu app on my Shopify store. I had a few issues with the configuration and couldn’t get some settings to work properly. Dan patiently guided me through every step, explained things clearly, and made sure the app was fully optimized for my store. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. So far this has been the only review app I've enjoyed. I look forward to using it more and hopefully upgrading my plan for the full experience soon.
It might be due to our theme but I struggled to get the Rich Text from the reviews to work. In addition the lack of existing language translation to Swedish and the missing feature of sending emails to customers with orders before the email automation was configured will probably lead to finding another app that fulfill our requirements. Otherwise it seem like a good app.

We can request access and assist with setup. Our app currently does not support sending emails to customers with past orders before app installation or email automation setup due to resource constraints.
