DO NOT even consider using this app. They provide no support. I have contacted them 3 times in a week with no reply. It's as if they think they can just collect money and screw their customers. This is absurd. Fed up with all these apps that provide zero support. Shopify needs to remove this app. Whenever I have issues (all related to customers who can't access account or sign up for one), I'm told it's my fault or my customer's fault. It's incredibly annoying. Nothing ever gets fixed. Clearly, if a customer has an account with my store, it should also be able to create a loyalty account but if you ask this app developer, that's not true. Somehow, some way they are doing something wrong. I would look elsewhere. i just waste time trying to get this thing to work. Once installed, it's a lot of work to switch to another app which is what they count on. Now I'm left to find another app where my customers can actually partake in the loyalty program that we pay for monthly. Ridiculous.
Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience caused. Our engineer checked and found that the customer always checked out as guest and never created an account with your store. You may want to ask him to create an account on your account registration page. I'll send you a more detailed explanation and instructions in the ticket.

After no support in 3 days, they came back to me right after this negative review. the app is still not showing up correctly and I found out that it comes in 1 currency only!! 2022 and Shopify is multi language, multi currency and has Markets.. they come up with 1 currency. cannot use this app.

The app is very useful and easy to use. It is misleading when it comes to the plans. In the description, is says the basic plan serves for stores with monthly orders between 50 and 1000. While and after starting to work on the app and using it, the basic plan stops when you cross 50 orders, and for my case, with orders between 350 and 600 per month, i was moved to a much more expensive plan costing 120$ a month. Moreover, the referral program is only possible through an integration with Referral candy, that charges more, and possibly, a % of sales that can go close to 10%

This app is useful and easy to integrate with your website. Also, unlike any other apps, the free plan is NOT useless.
Asking for a rating every time I load a page is annoying. I don't even have enough time to assess the tool and you're asking for a rating. Wait until a month before you ask how good your app is.
Good app for reward point system. I am using this first time and feels good up to now. let's see how they perform.
I needed a basic loyalty program, and this app has helped me to get it running the same day I installed it, the only downward I have seen is that it slowed the speed score of my store by 3 points

I just use this app for 20 mins, I'm not sure its really good or not for my store, but the first impression is good, easy to setting.
Its been 48 hours since we reached out for assistance. We received an initial response telling us they do not support the deletion of rewards. We informed the rep the reward was created in error and that we wanted it removed to make room for other rewards, but no response. Beautiful software and seamless integration, but the reward tier prices coupled with the lack of customer support equals red flags. Other 1 star reviews say the same thing.***UPDATE*** The developer has responded. We reached out a second time (with screenshots) and still no response. We'd prefer having rewards we can actually use and/or modify if need be. Again, beautiful software and seamless integration, but this does not seem to fit what we need at this time.
Sorry for any confusion. If a reward is turned off, it won't be counted towards the number of rewards allowed by a plan so no worries. I checked our support system and found that we received one offline message from you and my colleague replied it within 8 hours. I'm not sure if you sent us an earlier message but somehow we didn't receive it. Sorry for any delay and please let us know if there is anything else we can help.
