S Loyalty and Rewards Program

I just use this app for 20 mins, I'm not sure its really good or not for my store, but the first impression is good, easy to setting.

Its been 48 hours since we reached out for assistance. We received an initial response telling us they do not support the deletion of rewards. We informed the rep the reward was created in error and that we wanted it removed to make room for other rewards, but no response. Beautiful software and seamless integration, but the reward tier prices coupled with the lack of customer support equals red flags. Other 1 star reviews say the same thing.***UPDATE*** The developer has responded. We reached out a second time (with screenshots) and still no response. We'd prefer having rewards we can actually use and/or modify if need be. Again, beautiful software and seamless integration, but this does not seem to fit what we need at this time.

This app was easy to understand and enroll I am hoping it will brig more returning customers to my site as I work to find my target audience thank you!

I’ve shopped around for a loyalty and referrals app that includes the features needed at a budget friendly level. S loyalty is the one. User friendly setup. Hopefully, it doesn’t disappoint at a later time. I’ll follow-up with an update if there are any significant problems down the road.

Good system for simple points based loyalty - would love if integrated more with shopify POS. It's also a bit pricey.

Good job! I just downloaded it, and I look foward to using it to its full potential. I looks easy to use and very efficient in terms of reward programs.

Very easy setup-- I haven't used it yet, but am excited to see it in action. The only issue is the price, as I am in food and beverage and margins are slim. $20 per month seems a bit high. UPDATE: Horrendous. Their prices are incredibly high (the $20 is a low-ball for only 50 monthly orders) for a rewards platform. The entire point of a rewards plug-in is to help customers save money and boost retention, but how can I justify paying extortionary fees in return for giving my customers money off their purchases?

so far so good. lets see how it goes! Only just installed and set up and it seems very straightforward and easy to do. would love a little more editing on the 'congrats' messages but who know si may find that later :) Seems streamlined and okay, about to test and see how it goes live.

So far so good, but i'm using Langshop as traduction for french and spanish side hope to make it work seemlessly with Loyalty

Very easy setup for someone who is technically challenged. Step by step to ensure you have an understanding of the rewards system.

Need to drop your prices or add a simple percentage to your free version. Your feedback is also sketchy not allowing to continue true feedback. Ha even your rating is sketchy wont allow anything but 5 stars.

So good so far. They have worked with me to customize the App which makes it integrate nicely with my theme.

The App itself is very nice, lots of options & pretty layout, easy to customize. When free trial expires you find out you cannot use much of it. The price for the next plan $20 a month is not worth it. Other apps offer same features for a lot less.

I’m only using the free subscription but the customer service is absolutely amazing! And overall a great little app for my customers to enjoy some rewards.

Currently getting my store up and running.. and really like this App for reward programs. I really like being able to have free items for rewards. I would have given it 5 stars but it would be nice to be able to give out points for writing reviews from purchased items, and participating in blog posts.. Hopefully that will be coming in the near future. That is all i can report at this time until i see it running live. Thank you and have a good one!
