So good so far. They have worked with me to customize the App which makes it integrate nicely with my theme.

The App itself is very nice, lots of options & pretty layout, easy to customize. When free trial expires you find out you cannot use much of it. The price for the next plan $20 a month is not worth it. Other apps offer same features for a lot less.

I’m only using the free subscription but the customer service is absolutely amazing! And overall a great little app for my customers to enjoy some rewards.

Currently getting my store up and running.. and really like this App for reward programs. I really like being able to have free items for rewards. I would have given it 5 stars but it would be nice to be able to give out points for writing reviews from purchased items, and participating in blog posts.. Hopefully that will be coming in the near future. That is all i can report at this time until i see it running live. Thank you and have a good one!

App was great but its very expensive so I cancelled because not enough customers were using the rewards it didnt make sense cost wise for me

The team at S-Loyalty are extremely creative folks! They created such a beautiful customized Rewards pop-up for my website without me asking them to do it. There’s something to be said about a company going out of their way to make your Brand look better. I’m very pleased with their customer service and willingness to adjust my set up based on my individual needs. 5 stars!

A very kind team and a very easy to use the APP. I use my store in Japan. Initially, there was a problem with the registered Japanese translation. After consulting the support team, they customized it for free. The satisfaction from the customers has also risen and I think it was effective. You can easily get started with simple settings. I tried various member applications, but this application is the only application that supports Japanese, and also supports Japanese point system such as 1 point for 100 JPY. Especially recommended for Japanese people and store.

Amazing app, very easy to install / setup thanks to the good instructions and nice design. We also love the integrations possibilities with other apps and the multilinguage function that is working perfectly. Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with the ease of use and design. The free version is very complete, and the customer service is excellent. What would be amazing is to be able to have a desktop version to include my physical store sales!

Fantastic rewards app with even better customer service. Our customers love the rewards, and we're very pleased with the ease of use. Any time we've had an issue and needed to reach out to customer service, they've handled everything in a timely fashion.
