S Loyalty and Rewards Program

I had a different popular loyalty/rewards app that did not work. This one is extremely user-friendly and easy to set up! Launched my reward system right away. They also add the rewards/points for previous purchases so I don't have to add them myself! AWESOME

We have already installed the Sloyalty in all our websites. Crystal provides amazing customer service. Very easy to set up!

I've been using the program for years. It works well, and customers like it. Only needed to contact support a few times, but they've always been very responsive and helpful.

Really love their quick and supportive customer support team! They have been helping me along the way from setup to customizations to troubleshooting! Big shout out to Crystal, extremely attentive and quick problem solver! The functions are well designed and with new features coming out from time to time, I believe this app will grow alongside with many small businesses whose looking to start a loyalty program!

Disappointed they have merged the refer a friend feature to Referral Candy, and charge a separate fee for this. Already expensive enough. To be honest, this was the best feature.

Not great. VERY expensive. $100 for 1,000 monthly orders?? We do way more than that and that's the maximum. On top of the fact that they cannot even handle our business, you cannot create unique point situations where you give out free points for certain behaviors by the customer. Instead, you give product discounts. Not ideal.

So far so good. Just installed it and we are beginning to work on customizing it to our needs. Seems really good so far and is the best rewards app we have used.

so far so groovy!! =) I migrated to S Loyalty from Smile.io ... the main reason was because I wanted to be able to offer "Bonus Point" weekends. and also, Smile.io just became way too expensive for me. (I originally opted for Smile.io for the "refer a friend" feature and "slider" at checkout ... but at the end of the day, the "refer a friend" wasn't working as well as I had hoped *and* the slider at checkout was causing a lot of confusion for my international ESL customers) Crystal has been incredible during my migration to S Loyalty. (they seamlessly transferred my customer data over and helped me with the customization for the new program) ... I just officially launched, so I have not had to deal with much customer-related trouble shooting yet, but I couldn't be happier. I will update this review if anything crazy happens over the next few weeks/months. THANKS A MILLION!!! YAY!

We are using the App for two of our online stores and are happy with the ease of use and responsiveness from the team. The Loyalty program is easy to set up, manage and run and would recommend it.

A little pricey, but works as expected. Tech support is good, new features being added regularly. I wish the widget font could be customized to match the site font. It would make it look much more customized.

We love S Loyalty as they have allowed us to provide an incredible loyalty program to reward customers for shopping with us. The refer a friend feature has been instrumental in helping get our products referred to friends of customers.
