We’ve been trying out S Loyalty for the past few days and I’m glad to say this is a feature rich extension to our Shopify Stores!

We are using the App for two of our online stores and are happy with the ease of use and responsiveness from the team. The Loyalty program is easy to set up, manage and run and would recommend it.

A little pricey, but works as expected. Tech support is good, new features being added regularly. I wish the widget font could be customized to match the site font. It would make it look much more customized.

We love S Loyalty as they have allowed us to provide an incredible loyalty program to reward customers for shopping with us. The refer a friend feature has been instrumental in helping get our products referred to friends of customers. Our goal is to make this planet a cleaner and safer place to live and S Loyalty is helping us do just that. Better Life Cleaning Products

Pros 1) Good app in terms of basic operations. 2) Good support CONS 1)You cannot remove any points for tagged orders ; you have to go to the app and manually remove them. Meaning if I want to make an order ineligible for points then the above needs to be done rather than a quick process. 2)They count all orders in their pricing calculation. So all our test orders, Cancelled orders, orders created but deleted everything is counted so its unfair All in all I would say you can choose alternates if possible. If you don;t find anything this is fine too; but nothing great as such to be wowed about. Remember apps like these want you to begin with them so that you stick with them later as you have data. So for long term the above CONS are bigger than the PROS of the app. Please BE AWARE!

Great App! Super easy to use and to set-up. Any questions the team are quick to respond on the live chat and are incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond helping me change the settings, running a full check and making sure no customers missed out on points after updating. Highly recommend!

SLoyalty has been a very smooth implementation of a rewards program for our business, https://Yunomi.life The decision to remove customer acquisition feature like rewards for referrals was unfortunately a disappointment to many existing customers though....which what I wrote initially, but SLoyalty immediately contacted me with instructions on how to integrate SLoyalty with Referral Candy to create a referral system rewarding customers with SLoyalty points. Looking good!!

Cannot fault the service, the team are always on hand to help out - the app works well and looks the business! BUT WOW, it is SOO expensive.... considering moving due to high fees.

Excelent app for more customer retention. We have been Sloyalty now for about two years and our customers are really exited about it! The app works exactly as you would expect it too. We had an issue recently due to our wrong modification on S Loyalty's file, I wrote email to support, and the reply and solving speed is super fast, really happy with their service.
