Our customers love earning points with the S Loyalty system! Customer service is great, very timely and helpful! They are able to mark codes as used if a customer wants to add a discount code after completing a purchase so this is very helpful! The quick chat feature in the app is very useful and lets you easily and quickly contact support for assistance or help updating a customers points or marking codes as used after a customer calls in asking to manually apply points. The app works really well! We knew that our customers would like it but we didn't anticipate how much! We tried the new function of 2x and 3x the points for a promotion period and it was a huge success!
