We installed this app in minutes and it works like a charm. We implemented all three programs... the loyalty program, the fan builder, and the refer-a-friend. It has definitely increased sales, email signups, and Facebook followers. Very intuitive interfaces... we love it and highly recommend this to app!

Absolutely love this program. Its boosted our sales in the first 14 days much more than I initially thought that it would. I wish there was a way to specify the fan builder/refer a friend discounts to apply to certain collections though. Thats the one flaw Ive seen so far. Overall well done though.
This is a really great app. We have received so much positive feedback from our customers who love the fact that we are offering a loyalty service. We were looking for something like this to offer and Im so glad we found this app
Easy enough to set up and use. Haven't seen any increase, but I am just starting out and don't necessarily have the traffic yet. Interested to see how it progresses over time. This plan was nice, as I offer an in-store rewards program, and now I can offer something similar to my web customers. I actually hadn't looked recently at my program back-end and I DID get a couple FB likes and email sign ups! How exciting! I can only imagine that as my store grows, the benefits of this app will continue to show!
Easy to install and overall a great app. As I am a new business and don't have enough customers it wasn't cost effective BUT, hopefully, in the next couple of years I will have a bigger customer base and will definitely use Loyalty Suite.
Easy to implement and support from sloyalty has be excellent. Would have found it helpful for a little direction as to what rewards work but overall great so far.
So far I am loving this app. It was very easy to implement, and already my customers are enjoying it! I haven't fully explored all the features yet as my free trial only just expired, but I am excited that the refer-a-friend feature is now included with the loyalty program, as I find them to be very complementary. I look forward to seeing how much my customers enjoy this new element to their shopping experience on my site! Thanks S Loyalty! PS. I too wish that the emails/page copy were more customizable as it's not 100% on-brand with my voice, but I'm sure that will soon be possible as S Loyalty grows. :)
We just started configuring our Loyalty Program and can't wait to see the benefits that it can bring us. It's very easy to configure and the only thing that would totally rock is to make more accesible the customization options without leaving the S-Loyalty badge. Keep up the good work guys!

I tested out a couple of review programs and choose S Loyalty because of what it offers, price and it's easy to set up the rewards, now I can fully integrate into my site and emails. Totally worth getting especially for small business.
Such a great app, that's been a lot of fun for our customers that come into our retail space, and online alike! Great flexibility, features and stability!

Good app that let's have a little individuality while using it. Only issue I have is the widget does not have a clear sign up link on it and some people can't figure out the steps to become a member because of it. Other than that I like it and has helped my company (www.superiorpecans.com) grow.
I am super picky about the APPS I install and use for Orglamix. I find that most aren't their weight as they preform mediocre at best and slow down load times to a crawl. SLoyalty is different. It's quickly becoming one of my most valuable APPS. I've been using SLoyalty for just under a month. Today when I logged in I was more than impressed. I've generated over a hundred new fans and opt-ins to my newsletter. More importantly I'm seeing an ASTOUNDING 20% on order conversions. One word = amazing. Future implementations I'd like to see: 1. Integration with MailChimp. Currently you have to add all opt-ins manually, making it both time consuming and tedious. 2. An expiration date for discount coupons. Ideally, I'd like to auto set them with a 3-10 day time frame (love to experiment), but seeing as they are not generated on the fly, I'd be happy with a date I could program by batch. 3. Cast Studies I know you guys are busy, but I'd love to read a blog that would feature case studies and best practices. I find I learn best from other successful website owners. All in all a fabulous APP and highly recommended for EVERY Shopify store.Try it' and you'll see for yourself why I find SLoyalty so invaluable!
So far so good. Signed up for the free trial a few days ago and had people signing up immediately. The dashboard is amazing…I can track the number of people who have signed up and see how many of them actually made a purchase on-line. You can see direct ROI immediately.
Update: we're using this app again. I don't really have much track record with it (about 10 or so customers have signed up), but it is no longer messing up our order confirmation page. As I noted below, it has a solid feature set, the only negatives I have on it are the somewhat slow customer service (days for a response to almost every email) and the lack of CSS-like style and text/copy customization to the widget, offer pages and emails, which limits our ability to brand the experience or communicate in our voice. Also, they show their brand on the pages at bottom, even after you start paying $50 a month, which is unusual from the other loyalty apps I have tried (all of them, btw). Once we see some results, I'll come back and review again to let you know how that worked out. **** Prior review below. I have now cancelled this service. The only response that I received was that my problem had been fixed...and it had not. From what I can tell they didn't even read the support ticket. Maybe this is the "Support Page?" I'll let you know if they actually reach out to me to fix the bug....otherwise caveat emptor! *** I like this app, but it has broken my order confirmation page -- or so Shopify says. I'm sure they'll fix it shortly, right guys? It has the best feature set of all of the ones we tried (pretty much all of them), so I'm paying for the $49 membership and diving in!
Positive experience thus far. Intuitive interface and easy to setup. Our customers are accumulating points and they're happier for it. We'd recommend it.
Great app for our online store. Should keep our customers coming back for more. Highly recommended.
