To be honest we had some trouble activating our account. After many emails and telephone conversations with both S Loyalty and Shopify we were thankfully able to solve the problem. Our Account Manager Sara from S Loyalty was absolutely magnificent during the whole process and was even able to outshine Shopify's excellent support staff. Thank you Sara. Very slick app. One of the best I have used on Shopify. Normally I have to email the support crew a number of questions when setting up external apps, but this interface was very intuitive and easy to use. And the main thing.... is it is a great product: It looks very professional; was easy to make it fit with our sites design; and the backend has been working perfectly! Also, the customer service is exceptional!! Quick, Clear & Concise. Perfect!

Easy to install, was up in running in only a few minuets. Our customers are very excited for the new rewards. Developer was very responsive to questions and even volunteered to help with some custom installation. Very happy so far!!!

Although have only had the app one day thus far and still in trial period---love it! Great response from customers!!! The support team (contact was Sara) is amazing - quick response time and went above and beyond and stayed in communication with me!! Can't say enough good things about S Loyalty!

Needed to change my logo on the app, they did it very speedily, and ensured I had everything I need! The app is a blast to use, and they have great customer support - only thing I wish is that the Gold Features were cheaper (or gold was cheaper) but aside from that it's great using S Loyalty.
