We came into this thinking the integration and setup would be a nightmare, but the app is so easy to use and customize. On top of that, Anthony and the S Loyalty team are incredibly helpful and responsive. Best customer service ever!

I am sometimes hesitant to leave reviews for apps that I really like. There’s something to be said for knowing a well-kept secret. But S Loyalty is good enough that I can’t keep it secret. We happily used another loyalty app for about 9 months. But I ultimately needed something with a) more visual and textual customization, b) more and better reward options, and c) a better customer interface. While I’m not a huge fan of popup / overlay windows, S Loyalty gave me all three of those, at a great price. Notifications — An amazing array of options here. Popup windows and reminders abound, and all can be toggled on or off as you see fit. Email notifications are also available on the Silver plan or above, which means you can have email notices go to your customers for only $39/month. That’s far cheaper than any loyalty app I’ve seen. Rewards — This was what originally drew me to S Loyalty. You can do percent off, percent off collection, dollars off with minimum purchase, dollars off specific items, and more. There’s really every possible kind of reward to be had with S Loyalty. Setup — Because S Loyalty is so customizable, there are a lot of decisions to make during setup. It’s only a few extra minutes, but be aware that you’ll have lots of control at your fingertips. I think the sweetest part is that they have a bookmarklet that allows the app to generate the necessary discount codes in Shopify in a single click. I have yet to run across anything that easy. Interface — The basic customer interface on this is awesome. It’s slick, modern, clean, and pretty customizable for look and feel. It is a perfect fit for our site, and looks really pro. While the basic layout is locked down, there’s enough customization here that it looks like it would work on any site, any theme. The organization is really intuitive, and it makes it really easy—and really tempting—for customers to manage and cash in their rewards. Support — I used to be a developer, so when I install an app, I tend to bombard support teams with lots of detailed questions. Anthony and Nancy at S Loyalty handled all this with grace and aplomb. I couldn’t have asked for better help. Our previous loyalty program was wildly successful, so I was a little unsure about how the new setup would affect customers. So far it has been great—within hours, we already have people cashing in their points through the S Loyalty interface. Loyalty programs are not for everyone—after all, you’ll end up giving away a lot of free stuff—but if you’ve been considering whether to install one on your store, you really need to look no further than S Loyalty.

This is a great app moved over from sweet tooth and the gurus at sloyalty helped all the way. Works perfectly my customers really enjoy it. Pricing is better than competitors for a more robust program.

The customer service and super fast response from S Loyalty has been very impressive and made the set up much smoother and very easy. It's a great template to use for rewards and the back end is very simple. The app is a little expensive as we needed to go for the gold version for our needs and we were not able to exclude sale items from the rewards program or customise automated emails, but otherwise very impressed so far and customers responding to the offers.

Great support from the team at S Loyalty. I had query after migrating to a new theme and not only did they reply promptly but they also designed the pop-ups and widgets to match my store service! 10 Star Service!

We are a small but hard working company making sewn accessories. Our customers are very loyal and buy repeatedly. This was a great way to reward them for this and thank them for their continued support. This app works great and is very simple, straight-forward, and makes sense once you use it and see it in action. We haven't any negative issues -only positive- and they even created the widget to have our logo on it for free. Much appreciated! I'll give it 5 stars when it adds a few additional features like social media sharing rewards, ability to add a free product as a reward (that doesn't let the customer choose the product color), or other ways to reward customers with points for other achievements. I don't want to manually keep track of any of this- and I doubt any company large enough to offer a rewards program has the time to do so. Cheers for having such a smooth running app! My customers went nuts for it! And our sales boosted instantly when we installed it. I look forward to tempting them with points in the future.

Great loyalty point app with lots of customisation options. It manages to use quite smoothly the wonky coupon system of Shopify, really helps to make things as painless as possible. Importantly, the support is top notch, I've asked for help and tweaks numerous times and the S Loyalty team is always there and very fast. They were also very upfront and honest when I had a couple of problems with some new features of S Loyalty. Very happy with S loyalty all around, we would recommend this app to anyone looking for loyalty points systems in Shopify.

This App and the team behind it are "The BOMB!" They have bent over backwards to get the whole thing up and running smoothly, helping us migrate points over from our previous platform, and sorting out a tech glitch with Shopify techs, and all with never a hesitation. If you are looking for an App to build customer bonds, and are considering which loyalty app to use, I highly recommend S Loyalty, for both its functionality as well as its outstanding customer service. 5 stars.
