The app features are great value for money and the support is unheard of. Excellent support agents with total knowledge about the app. It's really refreshing to be honest, take a chance on WillDesk and see for your self.

we have not been using the app for a long time, in fact very little but it is done well, simple and intuitive. the customer service is magnificent, it has helped us on several occasions to optimize the implementation to the maximum according to our requirements. You can't ask for better. Competitors take notes....

I would not recommend this app due to their new customer support team. They are not sticking to their commitments. Their old support members were very supportive. They have recently introduced a new pricing structure and I have been a pro plan member since long ago. However, after their new pricing, they didn't put my account on the new pro plan and asked me to upgrade to the new plan. At least it would help if you firmed on the commitment that you had made before.

We've been using Willdesk for our FAQ section for quite some time now and we really are very satisfied. Also the chat function is helpful for our online shop. I particularly want to mention the Willdesk support team. Not only are they always very friendly, they also make a great effort to solve any issue or question I have.

'Manage all channels in one inbox, including Live chat, Email, Whatsapp, Messenger'. This is untrue, WD does not support Whatsapp integration. Live chat with Mariadelโ confirmed this.

A top APP! It offers a lot of customization options, live chat and FAQ page in one. The web app and mobile app also work very reliably. And I was always helped very quickly and competently with the smaller adjustments for my shop. I now use a lot of apps, but with Willdesk other providers can follow an example when it comes to support, which is what I always hope for. Top!
