I had a great experience working with Selfnamed. Their team is very understanding, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Communication was smooth throughout the entire collaboration, and they were always quick to deliver exactly what I needed. What really stood out to me is how fast and efficient they are while still maintaining high quality. The products are very well made, and I appreciate that they avoid harsh chemicals, which is important for both me and my customers. I've been really happy with Selfnamed so far. The product quality is great, and what I love most is how much creative freedom you get when it comes to designing everything according to your own vision — it's a fantastic foundation for building a personal brand. For quick questions, the built-in AI assistant has been surprisingly helpful and has answered every single one of my questions so far without any issues. Shipping and delivery have also been smooth and hassle-free every time. Highly recommend Selfnamed to anyone looking to create and grow their own branded products!

As much as I love the products on this app, the customer service, shipping speed, and printing issues are extremely frustrating. I have an order that was placed 21 days ago and, as of today, it still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times with no response. There is no live chat, and while they state that customer service will respond within 24 hours, that often doesn’t happen. In many cases, you’re forced to send another message just to follow up.

I truly love working with SelfNamed, and I genuinely love their products. I use them myself on a daily basis, which says everything about their quality. The products are beautifully natural, high-quality, and you can really feel the difference when using them. They smell absolutely wonderful and feel luxurious on the skin. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding. The team is incredibly kind, responsive, and always quick to reply. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and always happy to give advice whenever needed.
