Really bad experience so far. They have been advertising on social media like crazy, I have seen their ads nonstop even after signing up already. My guess is that the business can’t keep up with the rapid expansion and all the new clients signing up. They are promoting themselves as your way to start your own skincare line but I think based on my experience so far it is quite risky to use them as your sole supplier as they seem unreliable. I have signed up and placed an order for their design service on the 11th of October. Filled out the questionnaire and submitted mood boards to show what I like and what I’d expect. Despite their website stating it’s a couple of weeks to get initial concepts and then I can provide feedback and it would be adjusted, it took them over 3 weeks and multiple times of me chasing it up to receive two extremely basic designs on the 5th of November. I provided feedback on these 2 days later detailing what I don’t like and what I would like to see instead. They then replied immediately and said they normally would make me pay the price for an additional concept to change it but just this once out of curtesy they will revise them for me. I thought I’m allowed to give feedback and make adjustments so this is quite confusing. I then haven’t heard back from them for 3 weeks so chased them, no reply. Chased again when it’s been 4 weeks, again no response at all. Now it’s been almost 5 weeks since my feedback and looks like they don’t care much to keep me as a customer. In the meantime I have designed various concepts in their design studio via their website which is handy but it’s hard to use as I don’t see a way to assure that things such as my company logo are the same size on each product packaging so I am worried to launch the products like this. Also makes me really concerned to launch with them when they leave you hanging for 5 weeks with no replies to your issues. So far very unprofessional.

Set up my store and branded 66 products with Selfnamed. I did a test order on my store, and it went through fine. I did a further 3 orders to provide products to 2 UGC creators and 12 products to myself to photograph, and I had no end of problems. The two UGC orders wouldn't fulfil. I reached out to the support team who kept on telling me the same thing (i.e. look at the reason) despite me telling them there wasn't a reason. They eventually sent a request to access my Shopify store, yet despite giving them access 3 working days (5 calendar days) ago, no one has logged into look at it. This is really awful service - if these had have been customer orders I'd be screwed. I'm now deleting the Selfnamed products from my store and deleting the app.

Very nice products and perfect customization options but terrible customer service, they answer once every 2-3 days, the customer support on their website see the chat but they simple do not care and they answer next day or even week.
