I truly love working with SelfNamed, and I genuinely love their products. I use them myself on a daily basis, which says everything about their quality. The products are beautifully natural, high-quality, and you can really feel the difference when using them. They smell absolutely wonderful and feel luxurious on the skin. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding. The team is incredibly kind, responsive, and always quick to reply. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and always happy to give advice whenever needed. Working with SelfNamed is an absolute pleasure, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for premium, natural products and excellent service.

For some reason, all my products with my design disappeared, and I thought that was it, I'd have to start all over again. But the team at Selfnamed helped me and restored everything, for which I'm very grateful. Thank you for helping your clients.

Everything seems to connect properly but I've been unable to get any orders to go through for over a month. I just get a "something went wrong" error. Nothing I try works and the response time for assistance from Selfnamed takes multiple days between messages which makes it impossible to actively troubleshoot. The only advice I've received is to uninstall all other apps and try again. That's not happening. The other apps are actually selling things. I've delisted all 60 Selfnamed items I have in my store because of this. It's a shame because of how much work I've put into the labels.

Selfnamed set the bar incredibly high for both product quality and customer service. There formulations are high quality and proven to deliver results. The final products we received were exactly what we envisioned. The ingredients are clearly high-quality. This isn't my first time in droshipping and I love Selnamed. Customer service has been amazing and very helpful with everything that comes up and I need help with. Always gets back to me within 24 hours. The products are amazing. The site is easy to use and designing labels and boxes is very simple. The only thing I think would help tremendously is being able to do that from your phone or iPad and they said they are working on this. Absolutely love this company.
