The design tool is complete garbage. You create a design, click "finish design," the tool switches to the dashboard, and under "product" it says: "Mockup not created," and everything is deleted. This happens several times in a row. When designing bundles where you're combining a surface and a box, switching between the two parts causes the autosave to jump to "continue" and delete the design. This also happens multiple times in a row. The autosave is annoying, it saves every tiny movement, causing the page to freeze constantly. The system is constantly lagging; it's as slow as a sloth. You get logged out of the system mid-work. Existing designs, when modified, are saved incorrectly somewhere on the server in the background and can't be opened because it throws an error. If you can ever open them again, half the design is gone. Saving each design takes minutes, and you have to pray that it actually survives. It's 2026, who thinks a server somewhere on the other side of the world with 2 GB of RAM is enough to design? We'll see how the product turns out. However, I already hate the design interface.

Losing work multiple times in a row, dealing with freezes, and running into errors when trying to reopen designs is genuinely unacceptable, and we're sorry you experienced all of this. These are not the standards we hold ourselves to, and your feedback is being taken seriously at the right levels. The autosave behaviour, the bundle-switching bug, the session timeouts, and the performance issues you described are all on our radar as priority items. We know "we're working on it" doesn't undo lost work or wasted time, but we want you to know this isn't being brushed aside. We hope the conversation we've started privately can at least begin to make things right.

Purtroppo fanno pubblicità autonomamente, quando un fornitore dovrebbe rimanere più riservato possibile e puntare sulla loro piattaforma ed il loro software, di conseguenza creando una moltitudine di concorrenza, penso sia molto controproduttivo e sleale, quanto meno professionale, e purtroppo la sincronizzazione delle scorte dei prodotti non è funzionante, molte aziende non se ne renderanno conto subito ma da lato dello shop si avranno sempre disponibili prodotti che dal lato invece della loro piattaforma sono "Out of stock" o "Not available", diranno ripetutamente di controllare che le scorte non siano dal proprio inventario monitorate e che i prodotti siano assegnati ad un mercato e catalogo di riferimento per far si che la sincronizzazione avvenga con successo, e nient'altro, in realtà non si sincronizzeranno comunque e si avranno problemi di esposizione di prodotti non disponibili o fuori produzione che invece possono essere acquistati e quindi non spedibili, non ci hanno più risposto su un riscontro su come trovare una risoluzione adeguata al problema che persiste anche dopo una loro diretta analisi tecnica. Altre problematiche sono riportate leggendo, su ritardi ed errori delle spedizioni.. insomma è un peccato, o magari una semplice illusione, attenderemo per capire se i problemi principali da noi riscontrati vengano risolti, altrimenti cesseremo la collaborazione non per nostra volontà sfortunatamente..

I've been really happy with Selfnamed so far. For quick questions, the built-in AI assistant has been surprisingly helpful and has answered every single one of my questions so far without any issues. As much as I love the products on this app, the customer service, shipping speed, and printing issues are extremely frustrating. I have an order that was placed 21 days ago and, as of today, it still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times with no response. There is no live chat, and while they state that customer service will respond within 24 hours, that often doesn’t happen. In many cases, you’re forced to send another message just to follow up.

I truly love working with SelfNamed, and I genuinely love their products. I use them myself on a daily basis, which says everything about their quality. Edit: 2/10/26 I was contacted by Selfnamed about my previous review. The assisted me in getting it working. The test order was successful. However, now that I have received an actual order, I am receiving the same error. I attempted to manually order it through their website but the US is no longer an option to ship to, apparently. I assume this is a technical glitch or they are having tariff issues. Pretty disappointed. I've unlisted all the Selfnamed product once again. Tbh, this has been nothing but a headache and I don't know that I want to continue with their product anymore. Everything seems to connect properly but I've been unable to get any orders to go through for over a month. I just get a "something went wrong" error. Nothing I try works and the response time for assistance from Selfnamed takes multiple days between messages which makes it impossible to actively troubleshoot. The only advice I've received is to uninstall all other apps and try again. That's not happening. The other apps are actually selling things. I've delisted all 60 Selfnamed items I have in my store because of this. It's a shame because of how much work I've put into the labels.

The final products we received were exactly what we envisioned. The ingredients are clearly high-quality. This isn't my first time in droshipping and I love Selnamed. Customer service has been amazing and very helpful with everything that comes up and I need help with. Always gets back to me within 24 hours. The products are amazing. The site is easy to use and designing labels and boxes is very simple. The only thing I think would help tremendously is being able to do that from your phone or iPad and they said they are working on this. Absolutely love this company.

A dream of mine has to start my own skincare line, but overhead cost for wholesale and all the fees has been a barrier for years. I am an industry educator and professional and reviewed all of their product offers to come here and say their formulations are quality. Starting your own company with FDA tested and extensive product details from scent to percent natural and organic are easy to digest on their page to create something beautiful. No monthly fee and paying per order for drop ship has been a great ey to start my business to learn customer trends and see what they are buying before investing heavily in my wholesale purchase. You get to flex up and minimize your cost by then offering both drop ship and wholesale. Again, looked at other companies that offer similar services but with only 7-10 products. Making you unable to differentiate yourself from the competition. The adobe illustrator files provided as templates to really make the brand your own if you are savvy with computers and design, but they offer support in design AND they have templates where you can build the product on their page. I went the adobe route and changes the product names and did designs that will ensure I am truly differentiated. Retinol alternative anti aging, to trending ingredients like niacinamide and glycolic. They quite literally have everything you need to create beautiful skincare brand.

I’ve been using Selfnamed for a while now, and their products are absolutely amazing, the quality, packaging, and overall branding options are top-tier. You can tell they really care about making their formulas and designs stand out. However, I’ve noticed that their customer support isn’t as responsive as it used to be. They used to reply super fast, but since the company started scaling, responses seem slower and less personal. I understand growth can stretch resources, but I hope they bring back that same level of support they had before. Still, I’ll continue using them because their product quality is genuinely impressive, one of the best in the private-label skincare space.

The platform is totally automated and easy to use which is soo amazing. However when it comes to getting attention from a live agent for technical matters they dont respond for hours/days and are often very unresponsive. I have been having a few issues with technical things that only can be addressed with a human or tech support and I have not gotten the assistance or attention i would think would be important in order to make sales.

I started listing products from Selfnamed, and I also ordered a few to test the quality. I’m very satisfied with the quality, and as for the app itself, I’m also very pleased — it’s easy to use, offers high-quality mock-ups, and the print quality is excellent. I appreciate that all the ingredients are listed, and the delivery was quite fast: it says 9 days, but I received it in 7. I would love to see an option to customize the box in which the products are delivered — that would be really nice. For example, for the serum, I’m referring to the Rosemary box, it would be great if it were made of sturdier cardboard. I would also like to do dropshipping with cosmetics, and it would be amazing if perfumes could be listed as well, and maybe even a category for children’s products.
