Selfnamed: Cosmetics on demand

I’ve been working with the app for nearly two years, and they’ve done a great job; the products are high-quality, and they’ve responded promptly whenever I’ve had a question.

Selfnamed makes it very easy to start up your business with their integration to Shopify - good choice of products for any kind of line you'd like to set up. The only 'down' side I can name so far is that the cost of goods is relatively high which can make margins a bit tough. Lead times are decent, once your designs are approved it's usually between 4-7 working days when using D2C. Overall lately, I noticed Selfnamed is also expanding their services, or at least investigating if it's worth it (like custom bundles, etc) I am curious how this will develop as that's of course a neat feature to offer back to your customers. Product wise I can say most of my customers enjoy the fact that a few of the serums are more like a creme instead of a liquid, due to this some like vitamin c serum and retinol alternative serum also immediately hydrate the skin quite well.

Low minimum order quantities, solid formulations with a good range of ECOCERT COSMOS certified options, and complete ingredient documentation. The Shopify integration works smoothly: products, mockups and updates sync without hassle. Support deserves a special mention: questions about formulations, certificates or INCI details get clear written answers, even when the answer is "that claim is not supported." That honesty saves you from compliance mistakes. Running a full range across face, hair, body and baby care this way. Recommended for anyone serious about starting a private label brand.

I have been working with Selfnamed for 2 years now and always helpful, and doing their best to check everything is going well and smoothly. The products are amazing and always up to standard. Love it! tru;y the best company to work with in the industry.

Until now, I have been waiting for a response regarding my issue with importing products to my Shopify store and the sold-out problem appearing on most items, even though they show as in stock. This situation forces you to subscribe to a paid plan, which still might not guarantee to solve the problem based on the description. They replied several times, providing a guide that doesn't match my actual profile and actual problem because their platform operates in two different views base on what your currently subscribe to and it doesn't answer your problem and just go back in forth(I followed what they require me to send for them to help me, and when I did they just replied that an agent will handle wc hasn't reached out yet until now). Additionally, the limitations of dropshipping (the regular account) seem to be causing the problem which restricting access to products. All I need is someone to talk to so that I can start operating my store and sell. But since I'm just small business no one ven seems to bother.
