I had high hopes for Selfnamed, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is the lack of reliable support. When everything is running smoothly, the platform seems fine. However, once you start receiving real customer orders and encounter problems, you're largely on your own. Support responses are inconsistent, often delayed for days, and sometimes there is no response at all. What makes this even worse is that customer orders can remain unprocessed for extended periods without clear communication. As a store owner, this puts you in a terrible position. Your customers don't care whether the problem is caused by your supplier—they expect their orders to be fulfilled on time. When orders are delayed and support doesn't respond, you end up dealing with frustrated customers, refund requests, chargebacks, and negative reviews that damage your business reputation. I have received complaints from customers because their orders were not processed in a reasonable timeframe, and getting answers from Selfnamed was far more difficult than it should be. For a company that serves e-commerce businesses, reliable order fulfillment and responsive support should be the absolute minimum standard. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Selfnamed to anyone who depends on consistent order processing and professional support. When your business and customer satisfaction are on the line, you need a partner you can rely on—and that has not been my experience here.
Purtroppo fanno pubblicità autonomamente, quando un fornitore dovrebbe rimanere più riservato possibile e puntare sulla loro piattaforma ed il loro software, di conseguenza creando una moltitudine di concorrenza, penso sia molto controproduttivo e sleale, quanto meno professionale, e purtroppo la sincronizzazione delle scorte dei prodotti non è funzionante, molte aziende non se ne renderanno conto subito ma da lato dello shop si avranno sempre disponibili prodotti che dal lato invece della loro piattaforma sono "Out of stock" o "Not available", diranno ripetutamente di controllare che le scorte non siano dal proprio inventario monitorate e che i prodotti siano assegnati ad un mercato e catalogo di riferimento per far si che la sincronizzazione avvenga con successo, e nient'altro, in realtà non si sincronizzeranno comunque e si avranno problemi di esposizione di prodotti non disponibili o fuori produzione che invece possono essere acquistati e quindi non spedibili, non ci hanno più risposto su un riscontro su come trovare una risoluzione adeguata al problema che persiste anche dopo una loro diretta analisi tecnica. Altre problematiche sono riportate leggendo, su ritardi ed errori delle spedizioni.. insomma è un peccato, o magari una semplice illusione, attenderemo per capire se i problemi principali da noi riscontrati vengano risolti, altrimenti cesseremo la collaborazione non per nostra volontà sfortunatamente..
Edit: 2/10/26 I was contacted by Selfnamed about my previous review. The assisted me in getting it working. The test order was successful. However, now that I have received an actual order, I am receiving the same error. I attempted to manually order it through their website but the US is no longer an option to ship to, apparently. I assume this is a technical glitch or they are having tariff issues. Pretty disappointed. I've unlisted all the Selfnamed product once again. Tbh, this has been nothing but a headache and I don't know that I want to continue with their product anymore. Everything seems to connect properly but I've been unable to get any orders to go through for over a month. I just get a "something went wrong" error. Nothing I try works and the response time for assistance from Selfnamed takes multiple days between messages which makes it impossible to actively troubleshoot. The only advice I've received is to uninstall all other apps and try again. That's not happening. The other apps are actually selling things. I've delisted all 60 Selfnamed items I have in my store because of this. It's a shame because of how much work I've put into the labels.
Ho riscontrato problemi su ogni singolo ordine: 1. Gli ordini rimangono in stato "pendente" per giorni (sul sito è indicato che gli ordini vengono preparati e spediti in 2 giorni). 2. E quando finalmente l'ordine riesce a partire il cliente non riceverà mail il suo ordine. Su 10 ordini solo 2 sono arrivati a destinazione (e con tempi molto più lunghi da quelli indicati sul sito: 4/5 giorni per la preparazione e 15/20 giorni per la spedizione). 3. Il supporto clienti non è dei migliori, rispondono dopo 2-4 giorni e spesso senza fornire un aiuto concreto.

Very nice products and perfect customization options but terrible customer service, they answer once every 2-3 days, the customer support on their website see the chat but they simple do not care and they answer next day or even week.
