Miss sold services (inpost) from the start we said we need service and a rekiable courier and was promised inpost could offer this through sendcloud. What a nightmare! They couldn’t even collect parcels let alone deliver them! So many complaints and damage caused to our business. Sendcloud should not support and sell delivery options that they know will damage peoples businesses. Do not trust this company and why they say!

Esperienza pessima con l’assistenza tecnica. Da oltre due mesi segnaliamo un problema grave: i clienti selezionano il punto di ritiro dopo l’acquisto, ma nel nostro sistema non compare nulla. Siamo costretti ogni volta a contattare manualmente i clienti per sapere dove spedire, con una perdita enorme di tempo e professionalità. Abbiamo scritto più volte e parlato con almeno tre operatori diversi, che ci assicurano di aver “sollecitato il supporto tecnico”, ma dopo più di due mesi non è cambiato nulla. Nessuna soluzione, nessun aggiornamento. Un’assistenza così lenta e disorganizzata è inaccettabile per un servizio che dovrebbe semplificare la logistica. Se non risolveranno a breve, ci vedremo costretti a migrare verso altre soluzioni.

Extrêmement déçu de Sendcloud – facturations abusives et absence totale de responsabilité Je suis professionnel et j’utilise Sendcloud pour expédier mes commandes via Shopify. Depuis septembre 2025, j’ai subi plusieurs facturations d’étiquettes Chronopost créées automatiquement sans aucune action de ma part, parfois 6 étiquettes générées à la même minute, ce qui est évidemment impossible manuellement. Après plusieurs signalements, Sendcloud nie toute possibilité technique de bug et refuse tout remboursement bancaire, se contentant de promettre un “avoir” jamais appliqué. Pire : malgré les preuves et les références précises des étiquettes concernées, l’entreprise continue d’envoyer des factures et de menacer de prélèvements automatiques, alors que le compte devrait être créditeur. Une plainte a été déposée auprès de la DGCCRF. Je déconseille formellement ce service à tout professionnel : support lent, manque de transparence, et gestion client déplorable.

Nach erfolgter installation bekam ich eine Email von einem Mitarbeiter, ich solle doch auf Update klicken um eine Version2 zu installieren. Gemacht getan. Button weg. Nächste Email: hat nicht funktioniert, bitte neu installieren. Gemacht. Ergebnis: nur noch Fehlermeldungen, keine Möglichkeit mehr zum Einloggen. Ok, den Chat button benutzen wollen: Eine KI "geht ran" die nur Müll ausspuckt. Ticket aufgemacht... ...naja, man kann sich ja denken wie lange das dauert. Fazit: die haben ihre Systeme nicht im griff, nicht vertrauenswürdig.

1 Stern – Leider die unzuverlässigste App, die wir je im Einsatz hatten. Wir sind seit mehreren Jahren Sendcloud-Kunde, aber die technische Stabilität ist eine Katastrophe. Kaum eine Woche vergeht ohne neue Störungen. Aktuell lassen sich Etiketten plötzlich nicht mehr im richtigen Format drucken – seit über drei Monaten werden wir nur vertröstet! Als E-Commerce-Unternehmen arbeiten wir mit vielen Apps, aber Sendcloud ist mit Abstand die unzuverlässigste. Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch: langsam, unhilfreich und ohne echte Lösungsansätze. Dabei sind einige Funktionen wirklich gut gedacht – etwa der kombinierte Druck von Versand- und Retourenlabels verschiedener Versanddienstleister. Nur leider funktioniert das selten reibungslos. Wir haben unsere Prozesse leider schon stark an Sendcloud angepasst, was einen Wechsel erschwert. Vielleicht weiß man das dort – und nimmt es deshalb in Kauf. Wer neu startet, sollte sich unbedingt nach Alternativen umsehen.

J’ai choisi l’abonnement Free sur Sendcloud car je n’envoie actuellement aucune commande. Malgré cela, je constate des prélèvements mensuels alors que je n’ai jamais utilisé le service de manière active ni validé d’abonnement payant.

I’ve spent over 3 hours trying to set up Sendcloud with my own Correos account so I can charge our customers the correct, agreed shipping rates — something that’s essential when Correos rates change and we’re left covering the difference. I specifically contacted Shopify support to enable Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) so that Sendcloud could pull live rates from Correos. After jumping through those hoops, I expected things to be more straightforward inside Sendcloud. Unfortunately, they weren’t. The app doesn’t show up under “Use carrier or app to calculate rates” in Shopify’s shipping settings — even after going through all the required setup steps. I spoke with a support rep (Iria), but it felt like they weren’t fully familiar with this type of integration or couldn’t explain what was missing. I’m incredibly frustrated that after all that time this morning, I’m no further along. If it’s not possible to use your own Correos account for live rates at checkout, that needs to be clearly stated upfront. And if it is possible, the support team should be better trained to help merchants achieve it. Right now, it just feels like a huge waste of time.

We were satisfied with the platform till we tried to activate “lettre suivie” solution. It has been 4 weeks we have been waiting and their support team is not even answering our messages anymore. Very disappointing.

Pessimo servizio di assistenza, soprattutto del team italiano che legge i messaggi e nemmeno risponde. Da evitare completamente. Anche la app funziona male, mille passaggi per generare e stampare le etichette. Addirittura se vuoi spedire con BRT devi richiedere il ritiro dal sito di BRT e non tramite sendcloud. Quindi a cosa servirebbe?

Zero support. Only an idiotic AI chatbot that promises to connect you to a human, which never happens. If this is their service during onboarding, I can only imagine what it is like when things actually go wrong in shipping. This is a stark contrast with Soundcloud's pushy sales people who waste no time in contacting you. Clearly shows where their focus is: sell sell sell, and then let the customers sort it out themselves.

Perte de colis par une des société avec qui ils travaillent, aucun compte rendu de la société en question, que ' on vous contacte des qu'on a du nouveau ' et bien sur ils on pas de nouvelles car tout le monde s'en fiche tant que tout est payé.

If you try to activate your own contracts it does not work. After contacting their CS and its been more than a month that they have not solved the fact I can activate my own UPS contract, and they gently told me that its a me problem, no clear guideline of when the issue will be solved.... Customer care agent was kind, and I feel sorry that she has to deal with a product that is clearly not ready for mass adoption. If you ship anywhere else than the European Union this products is clearly not for you...

Après 1 semaine d'utilisation suite à la migration de ma boutique, impossible de traiter mes commandes, 6 jours après et des échanges avec le support incapable de répondre correctement a ma demande et de résoudre le souci. Mes commandes en souffrance traiter manuellement. Fuiyez cette plaie inutile...

La aplicación conecta bien pero el servicio de Sendcloud es horrible. NO saben trabajar con IOSS a pesar de ser una normativa de 2021. No se hacen responsables de su error y estoy perdiendo clientes y a punto de perder mi cuenta en Amazon por reclamaciones originadas por el fallo de Sendcloud.

We moesten upgraden naar V2 en wilde net onze 150 bestellingen gaan verzenden die we hebben ingepakt en die data kan nu niet geüpload worden. Hiervoor betalen we echt te veel!!!

Je paye un service annuel et cela fait déjà 3 mois que le système ne fonctionne pas depuis la mise à jour Shopify. Le service client à beau être sympa et "réactif" cela ne change rien. S'il vous plaît

It took up substantial time coordinating both with Shopify and the Sendcloud team how to integrate Sendcloud's dynamic checkout, time we were unable to activate our online shop. Support at Shopify was quick to upsell my account but redirected me to Sendcloud for integration support. Sendcloud pretty much refused to help me with the integration and repeatedly pointed towards their documentation. After reiterating the integration did not work I was told that dynamic checkout is only supported by Woocommerce and Magento or an API needs to be built: https://api.sendcloud.dev/docs/sendcloud-public-api/dynamic-checkout. As this changes the required level of effort for the Shop owner substantially it's in my opinion both on Shopify and Sendcloud to better inform customers on what they are (or are not) paying for.

I have issues with customs documents, they don't print correctly. Support is not helpful. I think the app is too expensive considering the issues it causes.
