Erg handig om te integreren in je Shopify webshop. Van tevoren krijg je goede uitleg door een persoonlijke facetime call. Na een aantal weken krijg je dit weer om dingen te bespreken waar je mogelijk tegenaan loopt. Dat persoonlijke contact is er fijn. Zelf heb ik wel wat issues gehad met het verzenden buiten de EU. Maar dat lijkt nu ook opgelost te zijn.

This has been my go-to platform since the start of my webshop. It’s very convenient, has saved me a lot of time, and Sendcloud’s helpdesk has been consistently helpful. Important warning: I strongly advise against using the shipping insurance. It’s handled by a third party called XCover. In my case, XCover refused to resolve a valid claim and redirected me to Kifid (the Dutch financial complaints institute). But Kifid confirmed to me that they are not affiliated with XCover at all. Communication from XCover was minimal and responsibility was repeatedly deflected. Aside from this insurance issue, Sendcloud itself is a solid and reliable platform. Just don't use the optional insurance.

Il tracking personalizzato e la gestione semplificata dei resi offrono un’esperienza professionale ai clienti, mentre l'accesso a tariffe agevolate con più corrieri garantisce un risparmio reale. Indispensabile per scalare il business senza stress.

Ottima app per semplificare il lavoro. Può migliorare parecchio sull'assistenza clienti (non che non risolvano i problemi, ma ogni volta aprire un ticket o contattare l'assistenza ha molte frizioni). Le numerose funzioni a disposizione potrebbero inoltre essere spiegate meglio (io penso di sfruttarne il 20%). Infine i contratti con i corrieri meriterebbero una dashboard con più info raggruppate (es. info account con ciascun corriere) e anche le funzioni di prenotazione ritiri. Tutto sommato però è molto utile

Excellent outil, gain de temps énorme J’utilise Sendcloud pour la gestion de mes expéditions e-commerce et franchement, c’est un énorme gain de temps au quotidien. L’interface est claire, simple à prendre en main, et l’intégration avec Shopify est super fluide. La création des étiquettes est rapide, le suivi des colis est centralisé, et ça évite beaucoup d’erreurs manuelles. Le support est aussi réactif et efficace quand on a une question ou un souci. Je recommande clairement Sendcloud à tous les e-commerçants qui veulent professionnaliser leurs expéditions et gagner en sérénité.

Vanaf het eerste moment gebruik ik Sendcloud en echt zonder problemen. Ik als beginnend webshop ondernemer, ben ik ontzettend blij met Sendcloud waar verzenden heel makkelijk wordt. De Shopify integratie werkt perfect en ik heb er geen omkijken naar. Niet een keer is er wat mis gegaan, de integratie was binnen enkele minuten geinstalleerd en al het werk word je uit handen genomen. Aanrader voor iemand die genoeg op zijn bordje heeft liggen en zonder problemen snel en voor een goede prijs wil verzenden.

J'utilise Sendcloud depuis le lancement de ma marque en ligne et ça m'a tellement facilité la tâche. J'ai eu un call avec un de leur agent qui a pris le temps de bien m'expliqué toute la plateforme. Hyper facile d'utilisation et aucun problème jusqu'ici. Je suis très satisfaite.
