Sendcloud | Shipping Platform

We gebruiken SendCloud om onze pakketjes te versturen. Zeer tevreden van. Bespaart ons telkens minstens 10 minuten en bij problemen is er steeds een persoonlijk contact die de zaken enorm snel kan rechtzetten. Zeer tevreden van!

Super solution ! je l'utilise depuis le début et je gagne beaucoup de temps pour la préparation de mes commandes.

J'adore cette applicaton! Elle nous a permis de gagner énormemant de temps en imprimant nous même nos étiquettes ! Je recommande vivement si vous voulez industrialiser votre processus de livraison !

Ben je net zoals onze webshop te klein voor het tafellaken maar inmiddels te groot voor het servet? Dan is een samenwerking met SendCloud ideaal. Een koppeling met Magento, WooCommerce of Shopify is zo geregeld. Hierdoor wordt een groot deel van het verzenden uit handen genomen en verkeerd overnemen van verzendinformatie is verleden tijd. Daarnaast is verzenden met SendCloud ook nog eens voordeliger dan rechtstreeks met bijvoorbeeld PostNL. Kortom een aanrader!

I like the sendcloud app A LOT. For me it is a LIVE SAVER: it is so easy in use, very very happy that this exists! And when I have a question there is always somebody of the SendCloud team to help.

Like a couple of other reviews, when a parcel is lost, Sendcloud do not refund you. Even though your contract and relationship is with Sendcloud, Sendcloud does not take financial responsibility. Sendcloud should refund customers like I do. I don't make my customers wait for a direct refund from my suppliers, so why should Sendcloud treat me this way? Passing the financial buck onto another company that I do not have a contract with is not good business practise in my opinion. I have transferred 95% of my business to a direct service with DHL now. I have been waiting several weeks for my DPD refund.

As a small online shop, Sendcloud makes it extremely easy and straightforward to prepare orders from the comfort of my home. I love the seamless intergation with Shopify making it possible for customers to receive automated notifications when their purchase has been shipped. Easy as pie!

The app works fine. But several packages have been lost or delayed. They promise that the companies they work with deliver within 24 hours, but this never happened. The problem with this service is, that when a package gets lost or delayed, its unclear where to go. DHL or DPD say you are not their client, Sendcloud should handle it. But that doesn't happen. As soon as you work with Sendcloud you are lost. No one is accountable. You choose for Sendcloud to work more effieciently, but you end up with a big annoying hassle. As if you are dealing with a state-owned company in 1980.

Very satisfied with Sendcloud & their costumer service! Only downside is that we do not have the option to fully customize our emails according to a certain signature style. Other than that, the perfect app for shipping!

Very good app for fullfilling orders. Good interaction between SendCloud and Shopify and between Sendcloud and Bpost. Easy to set up.

Was once a great app now just full of hidden charges Just charged and extra €19.20 for a remote delivery I asked about the charge and sendcloud say its what they get charged by dpd I have just checked and for the same parcel to same address via dpd its only €5 extra

We are very happy with Sendcloud. It spares us a lot of work. The hotline and the support are very professional and answer very quickly. Would recommend to every merchant in Europe, especially in Germany.
