We sell film downloads and SendOwl has cut our customer service down to next to nothing. Best app we've used for digital delivery by far. Customer support has been amazing. Paul replies really fast and is always helpful.

We have been using SendOwl for 4 months now and we are impressed at how well it works. Integration with Shopify was easy and intuitive and we have now made our 400 products available as PDF downloads which our customers certainly appreciate. Paul and George (SendOwl support) were responsive with questions and even set up a custom plan as we do not use a lot of storage but have a lot of SKUs. Without SendOwl I don't know how we would be able to open our online store. The automation allows us to continue creating products instead of pushing the send all day. We love SendOwl!

I never write reviews but I wanted to write one for SendOwl. My business lives or dies based on how well digital files are delivered to my clients. I've used SendOwl since day one and it's always worked perfectly. It's chocked full of features (without being confusing) and provides a clean and simple experience for your customers. Plus, they respond quickly and helpfully when you email them (which you won't have to do often because SendOwl works great). If you need to deliver digital products these are the guys to do it.

The SendOwl app is working flawlessly for our downloadable eVideos. It's easy to configure including downloading the files from Amazon AWS. Excellent!

SendOwl has been a godsend for me. I sell PDF ebooks and the only practical way to protect them is with PDF stamping. SendOwl quickly and easily stamps these ebooks (some as large as 70 MB) with the customer's name and order info for easy tracking. SendOwl also allows me to provide download of my audiobooks and videos to my customers, too. Working with George Palmer is an absolute delight, too. Usually reliable tool shopify, with even some interesting features like pdf stamping and drip function. Been using this for years. Lately got somewhat disappointed with communication, like in a recent two day semi-outage, where nothing was proactively communicated, not before, not during, not after. Hence detracted one star.

If you are looking for an incredible platform for delivery of your digital products your search stops here. This is by far the best on shopify especially if you have many digital products. Other apps force you to upload the files to their servers whereas sendowl lets you host the files on your own server. This will save you a lot of money since you would otherwise be forced to pay a premium for the storage space. Their customer service is the top notch. I reported a bug and they fixed it within a day!
