Did not perform as promised. Paid $100/month but it's default template just duplicated meta data which hurt my SEO. requires extra paid services for $300 to actually get things working. Customer support did not seem to understand my needs.

This company is a SCAM! They charged me stating I was getting a free trial. I was CHARGED $399!! I reached out and they lied stating they were giving me a full refund. I checked it was a partial. I have been fighting with them to get the entire amount back. AVOID this scam!

The support was wonderful in the beginning, however, once you stop using the app all the work you put into the meta titles and descriptions disappear. I signed up to fix my issues only to find out that it's not a temporary fix and I had to to spend two weeks updating all of my info again. I also had duplicate meta descriptions and titles flagged while using this service. I had also turned off some of the features only to find out they were activated again. Totally screwed up my SEO. I asked for a refund and given the same templated info over and over again. Terrible experience. And I never got my $299 back even though I requested multiple times 1 month in. And they did not fulfill their end of the deal, or time commitment.

This is a terrible app. It suggested my Home Page Title and Meta Description were too long so I edited them via this app. It created a second and Meta Description. Their support was unable to assist me with this bug.

started out great and I made sure I wouldn't get overcharged after agreeing to try out for a month since they only give you 24 hours try them out. I was so excited to see their amazing options though. I was reassured by customer service I was safe.... then I was charged almost a THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION. BEWARE THEY'RE DOING THIS AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT CONSENT! NO DISCLOSURE NO BILL AGREEMENT. NOW MY BANK ACCOUNT IS WIPED OUT AND GETTING NON REFUND JUST A RUNAROUND. I HAVE NO MONEY NOW TY SO MUCH FOR DESTROYING MY LIFE IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS I WANT MY $700 ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE BACK NOW! I A NEW BUSINESS OWNER AND SINGLE MOM AND NOW CAN'T PAY MY BILLS YOU DRAINED MY ACCOUNT AND YOU'RE GIVING ME A RUNAROUND MAKING ANXIETY GO THROUGH THE ROOF I CAN'T SLEEP SHAME ON YOU!!

AIの訳のわからない説明ばかりで堂々巡りの説明をされ、アプリを導入した日にGoogleサーチコンソールに問題が生じているのでアプリを導入したことが起因しているのではないですか?と聞いたら「アプリによって引き起こされたということを証明してください」と言われ。。。 でもここ数ヶ月全く問題がなかったのに導入した日以降問題が生じているということはどう考えてもアプリですよね?という感じですが拉致があきません。 導入してから以降結構な時間を費やしてしまいましたがSEOにプラスになるどころか今まで上位表示されていたワードでも表示されなくなったものがいくつかあります。 すぐに「開発者に手伝ってもらいたいですか?なら別途このプランを契約してください。」などと次々プランを持ち出し契約させようとします。かなり粗手の手法だと思うので要注意です。

UPDATE- DO NOT USE !!!!! They go into your coding and use your store for their own advantage of traffic and sales. I had to have my coding guy go in and fix everything and delete everything and then also my cart page is now not working because of them so he hast to go in and fix that as well. See below my first review when I first signed up. You won’t know anything wrong with your store unless you have somebody go and look at your coding Because their customer service chat is great and they’re really fast at helping and responding but the back end they’re doing a lot of things and coding that they shouldn’t be their own advantage SearchPie so far is really an area most newer online store owners aren't familar with, as there is way more to having a website to get traffic then just a set up site. I was a little apprehensive when they asked to get into my theme coding as its an area you can only trust

STAY WELL CLEAR After leaving a bad review they intentionally switched off something in thier app causing my google ads to show This not the way to deal with customers searchpie . .................. updated 22 July 2023 So im actually not sure about this app Over priced , amp options are rudimental very few options to customize . I Feel there are cheaper apps that will do the same thing . They are quick to asking for a review (2min) after intalling the app without having the time to evaluate what the app actually does . They are quick to answer however im not sure if they are 100% accurate in the answers they give . One would have thought that at this price i could just sit back and let the app do its thing but im not seeing a dramitic improvement.... they say my seo score is 96 but when i run speed tests on google its a low 45 ... also at this price you would think everything is included but no.... there are offers of a speed optimization at $R350 . A vip.scan which should come standard with this kind of app at an additional $35 And then a local search option For $350 So the intent is uninstall the app unless they can can show me results will keep u posted The team is awesome really go out of their way to assisting setting up our seo Still need time to see the results but so far all good

When we uninstalled this application it left a problem on our website regarding "multiple title tags on the page". This issue caused us a lot of trouble and affected the running of Google Ads. It shouldn't happen like this! Thumbs down!

To fix this, you would want to check your theme to see where the meta tags derive from and then remove the excessive one. It's a Useless / Timepass App. They are giving us those facilities which we already have in Shopify. They said the Free plan has limitations, but they have nothing extra that can help our SEO results. Also, they have limitations on their paid plans too. So overall this app is useless.

Updated review. 5 stars to 1! So disappointing! We have weglot installed to translate our website into multiple languages. We explained this to multiple agents at SEO booster & ranking who reassured us that this was okay and SEO Booster & Speed would help us rank in other languages. We are a english business based in Spain. Our website is built in english and I explained the importance of us being found on seo for our multiple languages (primarily spanish). We have now been told that SEO Booster & Speed doesn't support multiple languages. I have been paying ¢79 a month for months and seen absolutely no improvements... not even to the english version of our site. I've updated EVERYTHING that they suggested within the app. I wish I had spent the money on an SEO expert. Also, we changed our url months ago and this hasn't even updated on the app (even though I contacted support and asked if I needed to do anything and was assured it would automatically update from shopify). Do not waste your money. Get a specialist involved!

As an SEO app, our codes are optimized for the translation app (like Weglot) to help you translate SEO elements in English you set up via our app (like meta tags, Alt tags, etc.) to other languages. In addition, our app has other features to support multi-language stores. 3/ Your Spanish pages are actually indexed successfully on Google already, but they are not in the top rankings and pages now. If you search the keyword only, it will be difficult to find your store immediately on the first pages of Google search. I would recommend you include your domain when searching to see your Spanish pages. The product title or any word of product title is keyword. When I add the product title or any word of product title to Keyword Audit window it shows that Keyword is not in URL Handle. This should not be and this is the worst mistake of your application. Your application needs improvement.

Have used the app for app 2 months, and my SEO is worse than ever, so am deleting it now. Initially the help was 5 star quality, however, upon leaving a review, which you are asked for daily upon signing up, the service level drops significantly, even on the paid plan

This is a disappointing app. This app didn't help improve SEO. What's more, I had a bad experince by their customer service. When we uninstall the app, title tag and meta description were caused problem. We asked them to fix them, but they deleted title tag and meta description from all pages of our site. They did not notice that even though we emailed a couple of times. We emailed them to fix the code, but they did not response. They did not notice the problem caused by them. I had to fix the code broken by them. It's a bad experience.
