I needed support from SearchPieSEO today and had an amazing experience with each person I have worked with (directly or indirectly)! Their customer service is excellent. I initially worked with Rose, earlier in the day, who was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She immediately checked my page, sent my case to the dev team and answered my questions quickly and professionally. John with the dev team resolved my issues within a few hours, helping me stay in line with my expected launch day and bringing my SEO score up to a 99! When I returned online, Hannah reached out to me to let me know that she was there if i needed anything and that John with the dev team had resolved my case. Rose and Hannah (and John too, I am sure!) are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
