It really is a very cool service. It works great. I recommend everyone to use it. They just have amazing and attentive customer service. They're on call, and they'll definitely help with any question. Although what questions?))) The service is very easy and efficient. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. Thanks!

I needed to gain a deeper understanding of what my customers were actually seeing and doing on my store. And Propel Replays (Session Recording & Replay) is outstanding. The personal support I have received from Chud and Leo was second to none. These guys are outstanding. Thanks Chud! And Leo was awesome by enabling more views for us. Much appreciated.

This is a good app to check and review website visitors. Providing you enough information of customer behavior. This is easy to use, I am very impressed with how the fast customer service and how they listen to your concerns and suggestions. That alone is 5 stars in our book!

Really love this App! I love seeing how customers use my site. It's really interesting to see what products they click on and see how the whole process works. If you want to know how your customers behave on your site, this is the app to use. Customer service is instant and AWESOME!
