Does not work on dawn theme. you can only see the announcement bar and the footer and the first product image, rest is white blank. Used to work

That's hiding the content from our recording tool. We've adjusted our app to deal with this, and all content on the page should be visible in recordings now. It is a very useful app. It tracks all visits as opposed to Hotjar. It has a lot of recorded session, doesn't cost much and has no impact on website speed

This app is gold. I was getting a lot of add-to-carts, but I'd lose a lot of people at checkout. I dug into the replays and discovered that the button to complete the order was not showing, so it was impossible for people to complete their purchase! After making the fix, the orders began to flow again. If I didn't have this app, It would have taken weeks or months to discover the problem!

The idea is great. Nice to see something new. It is interesting to observe visitors and there are errors on my site for which sometimes I am ashamed. However, the application has a big minus, the application creates a delay of 1000ms when testing PageSpeed Insights, which is too much and unfortunately not suitable for me personally. I hope the developers will fix this, then I will come back and subscribe.

I just downloaded the app and I am enjoying it so far. I like that it shows the persons location and allows IP blocking. This is only day 1 but so far so good!
Actually watching people scroll through the site has helped more than any analytics possibly could. It's an invaluable app and everyone should use it. Would give 6 stars were it an option....
