The current version is quite useless and practically impossible to use — the heatmap doesn’t load at all, and the replay only records a few seconds. Customer support mentioned that these issues will be addressed in a future release, but the exact launch date is still unknown. In short, the current version is immature and comes with multiple problems.

What you described usually points to an app or theme conflict - possibly your geolocation redirects. If you’re open to it, we’ll get this fixed for you fast. Easy to set up and use. The replays are clear and concise. The free plan let's you use the main features and decide if its a good fit. The support team is helpful and responsive.

Propel Replay is hands down the best activity recording app available. The customer service is excellent (Tom from customer service is the absolute GOAT!), the platform is simple to use, and it’s incredibly helpful for store development and A/B testing. Even if you only try the free version, download it, you’ll gain valuable insights into how customers interact with your store!
