Propel Replays has been such a great tool for my Shopify store! I love being able to actually see how customers are interacting with my website instead of just looking at numbers and trying to guess what’s happening. The replays have helped me see where customers are clicking, what they’re looking at, and where they may be getting stuck or leaving. It’s given me a much better understanding of how people are navigating my store and has helped me identify things I can improve. As a small business owner, I’m always trying to make my website better and make the shopping experience as easy as possible for my customers, and Propel Replays has been really helpful with that! It’s easy to use, gives me information I can actually DO something with, and I’ve really enjoyed having it on my Shopify store. Definitely recommend it to other Shopify store owners who want to better understand their customers and improve their website!

Propel has been one of the most useful apps I’ve added to my Shopify store. Being able to actually watch how customers move through my site, what products they look at, what they add to their carts, and where they leave has given me information I simply wouldn’t have otherwise. It’s easy to use, affordable, and has helped me make better decisions about my store based on real customer behavior instead of guessing. It also helped me discover a java script error. I use it regularly and highly recommend it to other small online retailers.

L'application Propel replay est intéressante. Elle permet de voir l'évolution des visites sur la boutique au fil des jours et d'ajuster le projet. Mon entreprise ne peux se passer de cette application sur Shopify. Elle semble bien fonctionner et donner son maximum!
