Used the app to see how customers were navigating the store. It helped us to fix a few issues that impacted the user experience, such as removing banners/pop-ups that blocked the view on mobile and also image issues.

Really inciteful! as a business looking to scale these are exactly the types of things we want to be analysing, the app is really easy to use and when linked to shopify its seamless.
Pretty good so far - we will see for sure in a week or two. Thank you for the extras, much appreciated, an extra heatmap will be useful since I don't have a main prod page - only collections. Excellent support so far, immediate help with the best way to block ip's and advice on interpreting recording results. My goal is to decrease bounce - lets see of Propel data can help us find our way out of this one. High hopes currently.
