Easy to set up and use. The replays are clear and concise. The free plan let's you use the main features and decide if its a good fit. The support team is helpful and responsive.

Propel Replay is hands down the best activity recording app available. The customer service is excellent (Tom from customer service is the absolute GOAT!), the platform is simple to use, and it’s incredibly helpful for store development and A/B testing. Even if you only try the free version, download it, you’ll gain valuable insights into how customers interact with your store!

The support is EXTREMELY quick, and the replays come back way quicker than say HotJar which i was trialling with is really good as you can iterate quicker if you need to - overall really liking this so far, can't wait to see updates they come up with. Honestly the support is soo good
