Great tool for heatmap especially if your starting out. Also Ryan from support team was also really helpful.

I've really enjoyed using this app. Not only has it helped me highlight a couple of errors that were on my site (by watching the replays), the support have been super helpful when I've asked questions. Easy to install and easy to use - and very informative. Highly recommend.

I use this app on 2 stores and I think it is great. Very few apps are built in a way where I don't think "I can vibe code this myself." This app is an exception. The price and quality of this app mean I don't have to deal with it myself. Love that.

The app is very easy to use and Support has been very helpful. The replays are really nice, because you get to see what the customers are actually doing, verses just looking at lines on a page.

I've been using it for a few days now, still figuring it out, but I find it very useful, practical, and easy to use. It has features like recording visits (which works smoothly and well), heat maps, and even surveys! (quite configurable to fit the store's design). The customer service was excellent; Tom helped me very kindly, and I'm very happy with it!
