Great for analytics on customer dropoffs and frustrations in e-commerce. Helped optimize pages a lot! The one thing I wish it had is a little bit better preferences on what to record so i can choose single pages to watch!

Wir hatten zu Beginn Probleme mit der Sichtbarkeit und der Anzeige der Heatmaps aufgrund unserer Pop-Ups und unserem Cookie Banner. Netterweise haben sich die Entwickler dem Problem direkt angenommen und innerhalb eines Monats ein neues Heatmap System entwickelt, dass uns bereits jetzt sehr weiterhilft! Auch die anderen Features, wie Replays etc. sind sehr anschaulich & hilfreich. Absolute Empfehlung!

Propel Replay is an excellent tool for understanding not just how many visitors come to your store, but how they actually behave. The session replays and heatmaps make it easy to spot where customers drop off or get stuck, and the survey feature adds valuable direct feedback. The app is simple to set up, and the support team is very responsive and helpful.

The current version is quite useless and practically impossible to use — the heatmap doesn’t load at all, and the replay only records a few seconds. Customer support mentioned that these issues will be addressed in a future release, but the exact launch date is still unknown. In short, the current version is immature and comes with multiple problems.

Really good app! struggled to get sales and wanted to knows why. and because of the replay feature i can excactly see what people do and why they do it, so i could chance certain things around. Easy 5 stars!
