Great for getting a look at what shoppers are doing, or not doing. It's been really helpful in getting data to tweak the site design. It works well and it's quick with recorded sessions being available in seconds.

We came from Lucky Orange and have to say that Propel is miles ahead in quality at much better pricing! Sure, the UI is not as fancy - but it makes up for it in every other facet. Half of our session recordings on Lucky Orange were basically useless due to the app not recording properly. Frustrated at what felt like a waste of money we luckily found Propel. Every session is recorded perfectly and we love that it shows accurate cursor tracing. 10/10 can't recommend this app enough.

Best free tier of all the apps, UX is convenient, and especially post customer events, hotjar and microsoft clarity have been a nightmare to setup making this much much more convenient.
