I tested the app and it works really well with my store. It gives clear insights that regular analytics tools can’t provide, and it’s already helping me optimize my customer journey. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to improve conversions and user experience. Propel Replay is an excellent tool for understanding not just how many visitors come to your store, but how they actually behave. The session replays and heatmaps make it easy to spot where customers drop off or get stuck, and the survey feature adds valuable direct feedback. The app is simple to set up, and the support team is very responsive and helpful.

The current version is quite useless and practically impossible to use — the heatmap doesn’t load at all, and the replay only records a few seconds. Customer support mentioned that these issues will be addressed in a future release, but the exact launch date is still unknown. In short, the current version is immature and comes with multiple problems.

Easy to set up and use. The replays are clear and concise. The free plan let's you use the main features and decide if its a good fit. The support team is helpful and responsive.

Propel Replay is hands down the best activity recording app available. The customer service is excellent (Tom from customer service is the absolute GOAT!), the platform is simple to use, and it’s incredibly helpful for store development and A/B testing. Even if you only try the free version, download it, you’ll gain valuable insights into how customers interact with your store!

This app is great! When I start using this I know where I can improve my shop. More people need to have this. I can see directly where people are scrolling to and what they want. I will grow because of this
