I have concerns with the Shipping rate Set-Up in Shopify and so I reached out to ShineOn support for their advice on this, and Ranzell has been amazing in guiding me with the set-up, thank you and appreciate your help with this!

I love ShineOn POD. They are like a family and a community that wants you to succeed and will help you every step of the way. They are always having competitions and games ,that not only encourage's you, they incentivize you. The more you do it, the better you get. From beginner to expert, they are there to help you from store set-up, product design, advertising and sales. They have live classes everyday of the week. And have a facebook community of "learners" that share their challenges and wins!

Beautiful products with so much helpful information and assistance to create and enhance the concept of personalization. The site is very well organized with easy to find and follow instructions. When things are too complex to understand, there is a chat service to assist.

My experience with ShineOn online representative have been quickly and ready to serve me in a professional way with awesome service to solve any problems that I bring to their attention that I just don't understand. They help explain to me they send me diagrams and also videos.

There great for jewelry and personalization and support was quick to respond and help! If any improvement I would recommend being more consistent with pricing specifically shipping & handling why 11-12 $ within us for only standard 5-8 days heck post office does that but other than that I definately recommend

Your AI chat is useless and leads to useless videos that have nothing to do with editing a product or how to delete a product...
