Easy to use. I also appreciate ShineOn’s customer support. I am very new in this space and I would have made a very bad mistake had it not been for Daisery. I just can’t thank her enough.

This app is very well integrated with shopify and is reliable. I think all the people at ShineOn are amazing! As an independent seller, I'm still working on getting my business going, but ShineOn offers a TON of support.

I found working with ShineOn exciting. Applying an image that I have created to their pre-printing process is relatively easy. But the highlight is opening the envelope and seeing that the product has exceeded my expectations. MB

Excellent App and the support is wonderful. I just received my first sample and it is gorgeous. However, the lighted base doesn't work. I contacted Live Agent, Bianca, and she has already arranged for a replacement. Very impressive indeed.

Being new to ShineOn I expected a lot more confusion getting it up and running but there are plenty of articles to help get everything set up. I’m only on my 4th product now but so far it’s going very well.

There are many problems with the name necklaces. If you try to personalize to show a "from" or "to" input box, then the name for the pendant does not show. Therefore the only thing that can be personalized is the "Pendant" but not the card. The variant selectors are not working. If you delete a variant it cannot be added back in. You have to start all over again. I just think that for such a big company, you can do better with the designing part of the process.
