I am new to print on demand but So far, my experience has been wonderful. the online chat is very helpful. I'm looking forward to continued support. and asssistance with product development and customer support. Also, there are so many products to choose from.. I love it so far.

Still learning how to properly use everything that is offered but so far it is going good. The app takes a little bit to navigate to find things but there is a ton of training and support is very helpful.

chat tech support is horrible. apparently, you cant order samples of metal prints and canvas prints with your artwork on them. they just wont tell you. you will be in a chat session till your kids come for thanksgiving to visit you in an Assisted Living Facility. Sad... I set up all my art there, and had to find another vendor all because I could not see and touch what I would be selling to others.

The app is glitching. When uploading artwork such as posters I have encountered it will not load product preview images.. I have to try it a few times to get images loading and sometimes not all options appear. I also do not like the image quality at all. My posters look grainy and not vibrant especially when you zoom in preview on my website. I think something is wrong on your end. I followed all requirements for images.
