I Love the ShineOn Shopify App and the team, integration with Shopify is pretty smooth, it is a pity that Etsy decided to stop their integration, but other than that. Navigation, clarity, interface and use experiences is simply great. Well done ShineOn.

I love the product, but when I add them to my store it shows sold out I did reach out to your company by chat, but they weren't able to help me, but I will still keep on trying to figure out why it's doing that.

Product Status: Ensure that the products are set to "Active" and available on the sales channels you’re using. I appreciate your persistence in trying to resolve this issue. Easy to understand and has helped me learn so much about the POD community!!! It has made my design to publish journey smooth! That prior part was written a couple weeks into my POD Journey and I am now entering into my 3rd month. I cannot praise ShineOn enough!! The tutorials, the coffee with ShineOn, the facebook community and now the POD University is absolutely amazing. I did not have any experience so this experience has been trying to say the least, but I honestly believe if it was not for ShineOn I would not have made it through!!! When anyone says they are the best it is an understatement!!!

I love how easy it is to browse through the products and customize them for my store. I love that I can add them from Shine-On directly to my Shopify. I love that they show me what my cost is to have the order fulfilled as well as the sale price on my site, also showing me what my profit margin is. It helps me (on a budget) see and know how many sales on what I'm calling "starter products" I can handle so I can scale my new online business at a rate I can keep up with. Thank you! I also love how easy it is to navigate the site. I love how we can modify the personalized cards and I love how they still provide pre-done message cards for us. Me personally? The pre-done message cards are going to save me time and allow me to balance my time better with my very full time career. Thank you for making this easier than it seemed at the start!

Wanted to give them another try but damn why is it so hard to find basic info? For something as simple as shipping and production time, it took me two days looking from page to page to sorta figure it out and I only still "sorta" figured it out. I find myself needing spending my valuable time on exterior resources to understand how to use their app, until I realized I'm only wasting my time and it shouldn't be this way. Wanted to connect them to teeinblue hoping the process of using their products will be a bit easier, even that was impossible. As usual I found myself spending an hour looking at different tutorials and articles of how to integrate it to teeinblue, but my dashboard was very different from those tutorials and there was no way to find my API. Finally reached out to their customer service and explained how I looked at different tutorials and articles but still couldn't find my API, what did they do? "Hello, please review article for API instructions." LMAO??? I didn't waste a breath with uninstalling the app after reading that. Do you want people to use your products or not??? Not to mention that I had to also find out from exterior resources that they are discontinuing their wooden base from their acrylics, yet its still there as a variant and they didn't even update the mockups. Imagine if I added that to my store, only for them to send acrylic only to my customer and leave us both confused. A mess.
