We use Shippit and have done so for the last 4 years, The service just gets better and better and I like how they are always evolving with new technology. The customer service chat is always helpful too.
I love the app as being a small business it does help me fulfil and ship stuff on the move. It becomes easy for our warehouse person to pack and be ready for it to be picked up.
Love this app. Has really helped streamline our shipping. Really like the support service and the fact that shippit keeps and eye on our packages and will rebook if anything is forgotten or not picked up

We tried a couple of other solutions after launching but after getting really frustrated with them we decided to take a chance on Shippit. Setup was easy and a breeze compared to the others. The interface is clean and easy to understand and getting access to a variety of courier rates with corresponding timeframes is invaluable. The chat feature is also fantastic. We ran into a couple of issues initially in relation to courier timings and the customer service team were very helpful and patient with all our questions.
We moved to Shippit from an in-house system that integrated with Australia Post via a CSV upload which was hard coded and inflexible. Shippit 's downgrader will save us a substational amount in shipping costs this year and we have so much more control and visibility over orders. We like the simple interface with just a few tabs that are easy to understand and come to grips with quickly when there are hundreds of orders in the system all at different stages. Our customers also receive very high-quality information and in a timely manner. We would highly recommend it!
We have been using the Shippit app for over 12 months and are very happy with it's seamless integration with our Shopify store. Highly recommend!
We've been using Shippit for a year now. It's definitely saved us a lot of time, and is generally a great and seamless integration with Shopify for small business. There are some issues I'd like to be ironed out that haven't yet (mostly with Customer Address book not allowing both an addresee name AND shop/business name (which is crucial for many consignments) - I hope this can be actioned soon!
I've been using Shippit now for over a 4 years and it's totally transformed our logistics. Great for our small company, it's totally automated, easy to use and if there is ever a problem their customer service is great. Highly recommended.
We've used Shippit at Oh Clocks for over a year now and have been very happy with it. It has automated much of our shipping process and the support is always on hand to help with any problems. Not having to call up couriers ourselves on shipping issues is a massive time saver too.
Good prices and easy to use. It was really simple to add Fast Way and Courier Please to my list of couriers to dispatch my orders with.
This app cut our order processing times by 75%! It's reliable and the staff are always on hand to assist you with any issues which are minimal. I highly recommend.
We, an apparel retailer with stores in Syd-Mel-Bris, have been using Shippit successfully for the past 2 years. The platform has streamlined the dispatch of online orders fulfilled from both stores and our warehouse. We also use it to facilitate store-to-store stock transfers. Great functionality, knowledgeable team and solid API documentation. Highly recommend!
One of the best features is the chat support and pretty seamless integration with shopify. I'd like to see Shippit offset carbon emissions or give customers the chance to offset them with each delivery. Having a lighter carbon footprint and showing they care about the environment is essential, especially as a delivery company!!
I originally wrote this review in 2018 but now in 2023 we no longer use it because my small business model can't justify Shippit's higher cost compared to other apps. Shippit dashboard is user friendly, it makes booking and getting live quotes fast and easy. Volume sellers check out their freight pricing was very competitive on the higher plans in 2018. Support team are very helpful, they always go above and beyond! Aussie sellers it's worth considering this app for its features and api linking to Australia Post.
Shippit has made my despatch and tracking process a breeze. Have the choice of several providers has reduced my shipping bill for sure - as opposed to using Australia Post alone - Thanks Shippit - Knotty is a very happy customer.
This simply gives a small online reatailer access to shipping providers and rates they would never be able to get otherwise. Very easy to use and integrate and the support is very good as well.
Shippit have been an excellent platform for us. Easy to use, simple to navigate and most importantly the support has been phenomenal. Any time I've had an issue, I feel confident that if I speak to the Shippit operators via their webchat my issue will be sorted out within minutes. As they say, time is money. Thank you Shippit and please tell all the operators from me, the support they provide makes for a wonderful experience overall.
We've been using Shippit for 18 months and wouldn't change a thing. The ability to automate everything, use multiple carriers and have a live shipping calculator has made the process of running an e-comm store so much easier! Their customer service is brilliant, their tech support guy Alex always fixes all of my problems. Brilliant!
