shiprocket has always been the best among courier aggregator companies. I’ve worked with two other companies before, but their management wasn’t good. In comparison, shiprocket is far better— their team is available 24/7, and their services are top-notch and effective. Shaurya ji my my kam .

I was on the free plan and yet the app has charged me a subscription, the developer is not responding back after sending multiple messages.

Good service and excellent KAM support. I faced a few issues with my panel, but my former KAM, Mr. Shaurya, and my current KAM, Divyenshi Jain, resolved them promptly. They are very responsive and supportive.
