Best app for D2C ecommerce. We've been using it for 1 year now and the best shipping aggregator we've worked so far. Kuddos to our manager Shuchi for helping us resolve queries on time. The best part is their automated systems and innovations are helpful to make logistics side of the business easier.

As of now, we have tried multiple courier aggregator platforms, but Shiprocket has proven to be the best fit for our business. Have mostly had good experience on Shiprocket. Have been using it for more than 4 years now. Once in a while we do face fake weight discrepancy issues which I hope Shiprocket takes necessary actions.

Very poor service this time very disappointed with the service 1. There is one shipment where return pickup service was not available so we deactivate QC and arrange pickup so we receive empty box in return and now we are not eligable for any calaim...its not our mistake 2. 1 of our shipment was undeliver and after many follwups its never deliver and customer tagged us on insta thats really samefull for us. Please improve your services

Great service by team, hassle free shipping and now they introduce one day shipping as well, most of the customer is satisfied with the fast delivery experience. Personalise account manager helps alot in everything so i don't have to call support everytime.
