Have mostly had good experience on Shiprocket. Have been using it for more than 4 years now. Once in a while we do face fake weight discrepancy issues which I hope Shiprocket takes necessary actions.

Very poor service this time very disappointed with the service 1. There is one shipment where return pickup service was not available so we deactivate QC and arrange pickup so we receive empty box in return and now we are not eligable for any calaim...its not our mistake 2. 1 of our shipment was undeliver and after many follwups its never deliver and customer tagged us on insta thats really samefull for us. Please improve your services
