Closing my account with them today. Worst service. and there are Fools and stupid people sitting on customer care, they will tell you the status of your package, ticket and concern what you can already see on dashboard. No Solution. comapny pays them just to say Sorry. I don't know how they say sorry to so many customers and collect paycheck and go home. probably that's only they are good for and are suitably employed by company. Noone ever solves anything including their senior managers who are just more experienced in saying sorry in better language and authority and that even they have escalated the issue. To whom, no one knows and nothing happens. The tickets are shown resolved after 48 hrs having done Nothing. Most pathetic service. Have had enough now.

Pathetic. Pathetic. Pathetic. I have been using Shiprocket for years. not because I want to, but because I am forced to, as there aren't any alternatives. All those problems that were there when I started using Shiprocket are still there. This means that they have no plans to change. They will deliver 80% of your orders without any hassle. The remaining 20% will get undelivered, with fake delivery attempts. They don't have any leverage over these couriers like Delihivery and Amazon-Masters of Fake attempts for COD. And those 20% undelivered orders are enough to give you massive headaches and unwanted criticism from Customers. As a Brand, this alone will tarnish our reputation. Though they are coming up with new offerings, everything is based on their core offering as Courier Aggregators- And they have failed miserably in this. Frustrating. Head-Ache Inducing.Pathetic. Good for Nothing Customer Care will ask for 24-48 hrs to find the solution- and that solution will be RTO, with the hungry Courier Companies charging you for sending the package back to us. Just think about it- They show the audacity to take shipping charges, make fake attempts, and charge us for RTO, thus making us pay for their mistake. It's a minimum loss of 200 Rs per order. Just Imagine how it will affect our business. There will be thousands of Sellers with this same experience. I hope their CEO sees this comment. I hope they correct themselves. But, all these years of my terrible experience suggest that they won't change. What a Pity!!!

The support is the most pathetic. There is a lost shipment which has been 'Shiprocket Secured' and shipped on March end via Indiapost. The shipment was lost. After escalating the issues, they take 3 months of time postponing the response and close the ticket claiming the shipment has been delivered. Even after submitting the voice recoridng of the customer claiming that no one has contacted him, they just repeat the statement that it has been delivered without giving any proof. We understand that shipments can be lost occassioanlly. But what is the purpose of charging extra money in the name of 'Secure Shipment' if they just want to waste months of customer's time in following up and try to dodge with false claims.

Very poor service. Staff is rude and they never have solutions for anything. So many lost package and no solutions after that too. No delivery on time, Most of the time I have received my COD Remittance after 15-20 days. My customers received different products than we have sent and they take no responsibility for that too. PATHETIC SERVICE.

SUCH A PATHETIC PALTFORM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSE BY RAISING TICKET. YOUR TICKET GETS AUTOMATICALLY CLOSED. THEY EARN BY RAISING WEIGHT DESCREPENCIES. SHOPIFY SHOULD REALLY BAN THEM FROM THEIR STORE. PLEASE DO NOT CONNECT SHIPROCKET WITH YOUR SHOPIFY ACCOUNT. Extremely disappointed with Ship-rocket and their practises. I have just started my one e-commerce website and used shiprocket for my first 3 parcels and was charged an insane amount thanks to so called discrepancies. Will never use this website again and will warn everyone against it.

Customer care only knows to give time 24-28hours they will not do anything. i lost my sales + customers and got bad reviews on my site. Even if you will fill NDR (with recording) even if you will do conference call with shiprocket and customer. they are helpless only can give 24-28hours time if courier boy wants he will if not he will return. . according to reply i also try to contact them again they again not doing anything. they are not giving refund of my 2 month old parcels. which is not delivered to me AWB are R121811627KR and R121800688KR

PATHETIC SERVICE- there is no option to create a ticket if the orders are not delivered or RTOed without even reaching out to the customer. Ticket cases go unanswered and damaged/broken/lost shipments are never paid for. The so called [email protected] id does not receive emails and the "hold on" update on the review is again a FRAUD review with no action being taken.

My courier is delayed by more than 14 days which had an original delivery timeline of 4 days. What other words should i use to explain the amazingingly HOPELESS SERVICE.

I've been using Shiprocket for a while now, and unfortunately, I've consistently faced issues with missed pickups. After scheduling orders, no pickups occur, and there's a complete lack of communication from Shiprocket regarding the delays. This has happened on all orders, significantly impacting my ability to fulfill orders on time. This lack of reliability is causing major problems for my business. Customers expect timely deliveries, and these missed pickups are leading to delays and frustration. I would appreciate it if Shiprocket could address this issue and ensure consistent pickups are scheduled and communicated effectively.

USELESS SERVICE & SUPPORT - I escalated the issue,that customer might not have received the product after sometime, and requested for the POD. But shiprocket team simply said that they wont be able to provide the POD, as the TAT for the same is 3 days, after the delivery of the product. Happened with AWB number 339101337020. I have taken their enterprise plan, I was expecting a bit of help from there end, but they simply said that you raised the issue after 3 days, so Shiprocket is not responsible for the loss. I regularly check the rating of the courier from which we send the courier and then send the package. But even after that this issue happened. Better deal directly with the courier companies or other B2B vendor, as they can provide you with the POD & even refund the courier & charges even after 3 months of raising the issue
Hello! I never want you to feel this way. As per your concern, I have checked the same with the respective courier and the POD request has been denied as the request was raised beyond TAT. Please be informed that TAT for any POD request is 72 hours from the shipment status updation. - MB
