For small business like us, each and every single customer is very important and if any issues on delivery, shiprocket takes care in priority. My SPOC Siddharth Rathore and customer care support team works even off timings to help me address the customer issues. Delivery boost another feature where we don’t have to take care of every undelivered package, they handle the reattempts. I had used Delhivery directly where i never get weight discrepancies but here i get too many whenever i use Delhivery. Though its not a shiprocket issue, it is still annoying but my SPOC took care of those too. Overall happy user. Panel is very smooth.

Shiprocket is easy to use and offers good courier options, The platform itself is quite user-friendly, and I appreciate the wide range of courier partners and delivery options available. The shipping process, including generating labels and tracking shipments, is generally smooth, but I’ve faced issues with inventory management, especially with synchronization for returns, replacements, and RTO. Also, it would be helpful if warning emails (like those for missed pickups or delivery delays) included individual order numbers and AWB numbers, instead of just an Excel sheet, to make tracking easier

Best app for D2C ecommerce. We've been using it for 1 year now and the best shipping aggregator we've worked so far. Kuddos to our manager Shuchi for helping us resolve queries on time. As of now, we have tried multiple courier aggregator platforms, but Shiprocket has proven to be the best fit for our business. Have mostly had good experience on Shiprocket. Have been using it for more than 4 years now. Once in a while we do face fake weight discrepancy issues which I hope Shiprocket takes necessary actions.
