Awesome support and service. Best Account Managers , Manika and Kaushal . They understand the issues and prompt resolution. Have tried with multiple aggregators , but shiprocket solution provided by them is best as they understand the problems and issues and give prompt resolution

Been with shiprocket since > 1.5 years. pivotal in our growth since first day. Starting with 5 orders a day to 5 digit orders a month. All I can say is extremely supportive team and all issues get resolved promptly Shailendra and Priyank initially and then Rag, Gaurav, sahil and Abhinav later on. Thank you so much guys. pathetic service. support is good for nothing. High RTO as delivery partner do not connect with customer and return back the product

0 star, 0 star, 0 star, 0 star Extremely Disappointed with COD Charges Initially the COD charges were ranging between ₹70 to ₹90. However, over time, these charges have been inexplicably increased to ₹150, and now they’ve skyrocketed to ₹250! This pricing is absurd, especially for businesses like ours where the product price is ₹199. How are we supposed to sustain operations with such inflated charges? It makes no sense to pay more for COD than the product itself. This is not just inconvenient—it’s outright exploitative. Shiprocket’s practices feel unfair and lack transparency. Absolutely not worth even 0.1 stars. Disappointed beyond words.

I have tried multiple aggregators, they lure you with new features etc but fail to do timely deliveries. It is best to use industry leading shiprocket and have an amazing KAM like Mr Ravi Rana to help you out with any problems if you face any
