Horrible Service, no form of accountability and/or responsibility of their actions. They mention fake delivery attempts, courier guy doesnt even go to their address and writes fake reasons of non-delivery such as COD not ready, customer not available. Horrible, unethical company. Customer support are all robots saying the same 2 things : sorry for the inconvenience caused and we have escalated your issue. Nobody is there to solve the actual problem. Please don't use their services. Shutting my account after my second shipment only.

In simple words, highly immoral, unethical slackers. CHOR HAI SAB, INCLUDING THE FOUNDERS OF THIS COMPANY. They would deduct money from your wallet for no reason, so be careful. Any complaint to them is like fighting with pigs, they like their immoral tactics.

Things are getting better with Shiprocket. Especially with the escalation and the senior team helping with certain issues namely Deepak and Farha. They are extremely helpful and we are grateful for their support and prompt responses. The customer care team is quite helpful as well. I hope for these fake attempt deliveries, NDR issues, Panel Issues and Refund Issues to be sorted soon so we can continue a healthy collaboration with them.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Shiprocket. Despite the fact that my order was successfully delivered to the customer, I attached an image for proof, Shiprocket dashboard still showed the order as undelivered. I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer support team to resolve this issue, but it seems that my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. To make matters worse, when I received the shipment back, it contained a completely different product than what was originally sent, because obviously the customer already received the order. This is a clear indication of negligence and mishandling of the order. I am utterly unsatisfied with the lack of control over shipments and poor service provided by Shiprocket. And this is not the first time I've faced this issue, there are several different issues like lost shipment, undelivered shipment wtc with their service. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I have been using Shiprocket since 3.5 years and it has been a good experience.
Extremely easy integration. Really smooth panel which anyone can use from yourself to any new staff can easily understand within hours how to us and operate. Lot of exciting and innovative features to add value to your D2C store. Pretty much ticks all the boxes needed for a great shipping aggregator
It is ever best solution for our shipping partner. the manager "Jujhar" and "Shashank" - The support is awesome! even they are at office or outside they keep the work with them everywhere also the experience with this logistic partner is too good for us whether we talk about rates, service or anything!

Great service by team, hassle free shipping and now they introduce one day shipping as well, most of the customer is satisfied with the fast delivery experience. Personalise account manager helps alot in everything so i don't have to call support everytime.
