After integrating shiprocket with shopify our order processing is working very smoothly. This is a great service. It saves our time and energy. Very well-developed and easy to integrate. But the only problem is delaying pick up, will not prefer for urgent orders.

It lacks feature where it automatically fills shipment AWB number in shopify once courier partner is selected.

They find ways to make money. 14500 rs weight disputes or less than 200 orders a month. That's how they treated us when we decided to stop using shiprocket & move to a new company

Shiprocket is very useful for people running online businesses. Although the app can definitely have some more improvements to make,I find that the Shiprocket team has been very active in taking feedbacks and eager to make improvements which is a good thing. Thank you Shiprocket

Total useless support, they totally depend on their courier partners. They can take their own decision. If you Google this company you will come to know that they heavily change on the name of weight discrepancy and your wallet amount just finish. After that, you create tickets one after another, and they don't listen. Please don't take the services of Shiprocket you will regret it like me and other customers. Some shipments are being processed good and delivered good but some are having issues though they’re trying to resolve this soon , resolving time is 10 days which is lot according to my opinion hope they resolve the issues soon

PREVIOUSLY THE SERVICE WAS FAR FAR BETTER BUT THE PAST 3 MONTHS THE SERVICE HAS GONE DONE.... BE IT IN TERMS OF PICK-UP(LATE PICK-UP) OR BE IT CALLING TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (IF WE ASK FOR A COMPLAINT NUMBER AGAINST ANY COMPLAINT THEN THEY REFUSE TO GIVE IT)...
