we find this app extremely easy to use, with smooth Shopify integration. The order sync is slow sometimes but the tracking system is reliable, deliveries are timely, and the support team is responsive, with dedicated account managers providing assistance. They offer multiple courier options, competitive pricing, and efficient order management for both COD and prepaid orders make it a complete and dependable shipping solution.

after trying out multiple shipping platforms, i can honestly say shiprocket is prolly the best one. the biggest difference is their ai-driven data, which helps choose the right courier so shipments reach customers on time. another standout compared to other platforms is their customer support. it may take a little time to resolve an issue, but it does get resolved in the end. all thanks to my POC Salminda.
