Have been using shiprocket since a while. So far it’s been good. Key account managers have been really helpful throughout with pickup and delivery related issues, that majorly happens from the courier service’s side. Been using both International and Domestic services.

We moved to Shopify about a year ago and have been using the Shiprocket app since then. Earlier, we were on WooCommerce using Shiprocket (for about 4 years), but the Shopify app experience is much better. Order changes sync seamlessly, which was a major issue for us on WooCommerce. Order status updates are also smooth and reliable on Shopify. The overall app performance has been stable and easy to manage. Apart from shipping, other Shiprocket apps like Engage, Promise, and EDD are great at solving real operational pain points. Their tech stack is clearly built with scale and automation in mind.
