Shiprocket is a good app for business owners. It makes shipping easier by managing multiple courier partners in one place. It has its own perks and some disadvantages, but overall my experience has been good and helpful for day-to-day business operations.

We’ve been using Shiprocket for our e-commerce shipments and overall it has been a very reliable and efficient platform. The app is user-friendly, offers multiple courier options, competitive pricing, and gives good visibility on tracking and order management. It has helped us streamline our dispatch process and scale our operations smoothly. A special mention to Siddhart, our Key Account Manager, who has been absolutely outstanding. He is extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive in resolving issues. Whether it’s shipment discrepancies, RTO cases, weight disputes, or general support, Siddhart always ensures things are handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find such dedicated account management, and his support has genuinely made a big difference to our experience with Shiprocket. Highly recommended for growing brands and businesses looking for a dependable shipping solution with strong customer support.

Very good app for shipping. Support team is helpful and responsive, work is fast and the dashboard is easy to use. Order processing, tracking and courier options are smooth. Makes daily shipping work simple and time-saving. Highly recommended for Shopify sellers.

Shiprocket has been an amazing platform for handling our shipments smoothly and efficiently. The interface is user-friendly, tracking is accurate, and delivery timelines are not reliable. Our experience with Shiprocket has been nice. The dashboard is clean and intuitive to use. Whenever we need help beyond the normal escalation process, our Account manager - Rishika Syal helps us and makes sure the issues are resolved. This makes our overall experience of having Shiprocket as our logistics partner even better.

Shiprocket has helped us a lot in scaling the business from zero to one and beyond. Flexibility to select between multiple courier partners for both forward and reverse shipments helps a lot. Any kind of escalation is well taken care of. Best part is technology based integrations with multiple other tech platforms, it works seamlessly.

Will Never recommend this to anyone, very unprofessional, pickup delays, delivery delays, high rto charges, high delivery boost charges, high charges for early remittance, they manipulate portal from backend where they recommend specific delivery partner where they get more fund from to seller , ratings are fake in recommendation Pick up never happens on time , delays everyday due to which business affects... High delivery charges

While logistics are full of issues and the biggest challenge for any brand, Shiprocket is the best courier aggregator of the lot in India. There are numerous courier aggregators but Shiprocket is the oldest and the most established one.
