While logistics are full of issues and the biggest challenge for any brand, Shiprocket is the best courier aggregator of the lot in India. There are numerous courier aggregators but Shiprocket is the oldest and the most established one.

Been using shiprocket for almost a year now and the experience and onboarding process is ver easy. orders get auto synced and has various courier partners to choose from. Our KAM Miss Rashika Syal is helpful in resolving queries and any issues that arises post dispatch from the warehouse. Consistently late deliveries. My customers think I'm scamming them because Shiprocket's delivery date/status doesn't update properly. Recently, it took them 4 days to deliver within the same city. Save yourself all the frustration and never choose Shiprocket.

We have been using Shiprocket for our shipping operations, but our experience has been extremely disappointing and financially damaging. There are **serious issues with weight discrepancy charges**. The invoiced weight shown on shipments is often **less**, but a **higher amount is deducted from the wallet**, which clearly does not match the invoice or actual package weight. Despite using standard, verified packaging, repeated and unjustified weight disputes are raised. Additionally, we have faced **unfair wallet deductions**, lack of transparent billing, and **no clear justification or resolution** even after raising multiple tickets. RTO losses are another major concern. Many shipments are marked as **attempted or customer refused without any real delivery attempt**, leading to unnecessary returns, higher costs, and loss of trust with customers. These RTOs directly impact seller profitability, and there is no accountability at courier level. Overall, this feels like a **systematic issue** rather than isolated cases. The lack of transparency, incorrect deductions, and repeated RTO losses make it very hard for a seller to rely on Shiprocket as a logistics partner. We strongly advise other sellers to **monitor wallet deductions, weight disputes, and invoices very carefully** before scaling with this platform.

Very poor delivery service. 3 delivery attempts were marked failed, but no call was received by the customer even once. Still the reason shows “Customer refused”, which is completely incorrect. Such false updates are unacceptable and harm seller and customer trust.
