We moved to Shopify about a year ago and have been using the Shiprocket app since then. Earlier, we were on WooCommerce using Shiprocket (for about 4 years), but the Shopify app experience is much better. Order changes sync seamlessly, which was a major issue for us on WooCommerce. Order status updates are also smooth and reliable on Shopify. The overall app performance has been stable and easy to manage. Apart from shipping, other Shiprocket apps like Engage, Promise, and EDD are great at solving real operational pain points. Their tech stack is clearly built with scale and automation in mind. These tools have helped us improve customer communication and delivery visibility. Special thanks to our account manager, Ram Prasad, for quickly resolving issues whenever needed. With his timely support the platform experience become even better. Overall, a solid and dependable solution for Shopify sellers. Highly recommended!!

Shiprocket is a good app for business owners. It makes shipping easier by managing multiple courier partners in one place. It has its own perks and some disadvantages, but overall my experience has been good and helpful for day-to-day business operations.

We’ve been using Shiprocket for our e-commerce shipments and overall it has been a very reliable and efficient platform. Our experience with Shiprocket has been nice. The dashboard is clean and intuitive to use.
